- Pearl (5/5): I will probably go to a hotel for the same amount of money. - Great location to the beach, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds. The 2 Bathrooms were clean but there is only 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. Good washer and dryer. Dining room table/seats are very modern and lots of seating. The kitchen sink was leaking with a plastic bowl underneath the sink. The gas bbq ignition switch is broken and no bbq lighter to start the bbq. (barely any propane in tank). Borrowed lighter from the neighbor in which he mentions he is asked for his lighter every time there are renters in the condo. Strange but no paper towels or napkins. Left some napkins for the next renter. All three bedrooms had a fold up mattress in the closet in which it took up 3/4 of the space to hang clothes and no dressers in any rooms. No room to roll out mattress out of the way to store. Put socks/undergarments on the ledge of the wall. This was odd. Contacted nomadics with some of these issues.
