Belinda (7/5): Beautiful cottage just needs a bit of TLC - The house was lovely, a great layout and size for our family and we enjoyed the stay. The hot tub was also wonderful and relaxing! No coffee machine as advertised - I did inform the lady at the desk when I returned the keys. She did mention it was broken and is now aware the coffee machine is still advertised on booking.com at least. Cleanliness of the home was average - floors, kitchen and bathrooms were clean however there were Sweet potatos wrapped in foil left in the oven, front and back patios were dirty with a lot of leaves including tables and chairs had not been cleaned or even wiped down. Gas in the bbq ran out after the first use. There were 3 gas bottles but two were empty and the 3rd ran out after the first use. This was a big thing for us as we had planned and bought food for BBQs over the weekend. Some spa plugs/fixings came out Metal on bottom of back door frame very sharp. Bolts sticking out of concrete to left of back door. All of these issues I have sent directly to Tea Gardens Real Estate but unfortunately I have not yet received a reply.

Rhonda (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay as Yacaaba was in a good location & amenities were good - Size of the house was perfect for our group Spa bath had sand & debris on floor of spa
Maia (8/5): Very good - Very clean. Big fenced backyard and enclosed front porch for our dog. Lots of space for 7 of us. Short walk to river, cafes, shops and pub. You need to bring all sheets/towels/ tea towels, toilet paper and pantry items which was a lot to fit in for just two days.
