• Rosalyn (9/5): An absolutely perfect place to stay for a large group. - We loved the spaciousness of the accommodation, and the comfortably homely feel. The kitchen was incredibly well set up with every possible thing you would need for cooking and entertaining. We loved the local artwork in each room and the touches of history - with an appropriate nod to Fletcher Jones. We also loved the fabulous use of the old Fletcher Jones coat hangers. Very clever and wonderfully quirky. The number of well-equipped bathrooms was also a plus. With so many of us staying, no-one was left desperately hanging on or waiting for a turn in the shower. Oh and not forgetting the wonderful secret garden out the back!!! What a treasure! The only comment here was that lighting in the kitchen could be stronger/brighter. The one small light in the very high ceilings really wasn't enough.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. • Thilina (9/5): If there was attached bathrooms on upstairs this place is 10/10. - Very spacious colonial style house and huge garden There’s only one shared bathroom on upstairs 5 bedrooms

• Williamson (8/5): Jane was great. Accom was clean and comfortable - Plenty of rooms and beds, location, cleanliness. Exhaust fan fell during a shower. No harm caused though.
• Gerardine (8/5): A fabulous place to stay, especially if you are looking for something a bit different. - The spacious rooms and the lovely big garden. The location is close to restaurants and other points of interest. We liked that by staying here we supported the local artist community. It was great to have off street parking. Jane looked after us and was available to assist if required. No negative comments to make.

• John (9/5): Loved it, will be back! - Wonderful location. Supermarket across the road and walking distance to beach and Lake Pertobe playground. Great facilities to accommodate our extended family of 11 adults/kids. Carpeted passage way and thick walls meant it wasn't noisy , even with so many people. The stick vacuum cleaner had pretty poor suction.

• Yan (10/5): Exceptional - Jane is very nice and easy to communicate. The house has a huge backyard, my kids and dog love to run around in the backyard and play. The house I s in the central of the town and has pubs around. So it is bit noisy at night.

Actual accommodation was beyond what we could even have imagined - everyone in our party was blown away by the sheer amount of space and the kids had a ball in the backyard! We liked everything. Hard to find anything to pick on.
