The height of the shower head in ensuite bathroom...hard to reach to adjust being shorter in stature & the shower over the bath in 2nd bathroom had pathetic water pressure & control of water temperature was so spasmodic.

Matthew (10/5): So good and really great property. Thank you - The house was really well set up it had all the facilities we needed and everything was in great working order. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Really great place to stay with the family. In the second bathroom the shower was in the bathtub which is difficult for older guests. The master bedroom has a conventional showers to accommodate this requirement.

Very Modern & clean and certainly well presented. there were so many little nic nacks, like great coffee machine, big new television set, new washing machine etc. The two bathrooms also make it easy. We also loved the fact that they had off street secure parking. It was also only a short walk into the main street. We found this place so relaxing with all the lovely amenities and the light that flowed thru the floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the deck and garden. Jeanette was also a wonderful host and provided all the information & more. She was just terrific. Thanks a million for a wonderful stay...Cheers Rex Julian & Kerrie Ware

Ava (7/5): A very comfortable stay. very suitable for a family. great location to the shops and river - great size i would suggest adding a few things to kitchen such a milk frother, colander & small saucepan. also a larger clothes airier to fit beach towels. we also has trouble with the tv volume ,the sound bar has no remote so we were forever getting up to change the volume it was either too loud or too quiet. i also put away the silver decorative bowls after i cut my finger, the edges are way to sharp

Minor issues with gate and garage remotes not working correctly however this was relatively easy to overcome.
