• Ross (8/5): Very good - Position short walk to beach and cafes. All the kitchen gear was there. Dishwasher washing machine and dryer all good. Ceiling fans would be good. Water pressure in the shower quite weak. Window in second bedroom only opens about 150mm. Not major concerns though.
• Leesma (4/5): Beautiful part of NSW, great for surfers. For 2 nights stays linen & towels should be provided. - Great location for surfers Well equipped $500 bond taken from my account without permission Linen not provided No hair dryer Cob webbs everywhere 2 flights of stairs to get to apartment.

• Rebecca (8/5): loved the proximity to the beach and outdoor shower. Kids had their own bed each. would stay again - the view !! seeing the waves from bed was incredible master bedroom ceiling need anti mould paint. all handles (bathroom and kitchen) need replacing. Bunnings sell the same handles

• Terri (7/5): Apartment and cleaning equipment a bit tired but all in all a lovely location - Great little spot… in need of a bit of maintenance, new plugs, bleaching shower grouting and shampooing carpets but honestly it’s a great spot and lovely trip. Mould in shower (we cleaned and disinfected ourselves) and washing machine not balanced (same as our stay last year) so when it spins in literally hops out of the cupboard. Plugs in lounge room a bit dodgy but stayed here this week and last year similar time so knew to bring extension lead and plug into another plug. All in all though the location makes up for it all.
• William (3/5): Great location but would not stay in this unit, or anything managed by this local agent, again - Location one block back from the beach was excellent. View of beach from lounge room & main bedroom. The unit was not clean. Bedroom carpets were disgusting & need replacing. Laundry/bathroom not well cleaned. The bed was very old & not comfortable. No instructions about anything specific in the unit (eg TV operation), just a booklet with brochures from the area. Wifi was not functioning &, despite contacting managing agent, nothing was rectified. Brick paving at bottom of stairs (2 flights to unit entrance) were very greasy & very slippery when wet. Again - needs a good clean. Linen was supplied at an extra cost - this is mentioned at very end of booking.com listing & was a nasty surprise.

• Isabella (7/5): It was a beautiful stay with an awesome view but needed to bring your own linen or pay extra. - The view was gorgeous despite being difficult to get to the higher level so I would recommend if you are able. It was super close to the beach which was amazing! There were many good cooking utensils to use which was helpful! That linen was not provided for the stay and that you had to bring your own cleaning utensils. This added extra things to pack which would be more difficult for families to do the same. There was limited comment of the accessibility of the place and I had a broken foot so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs each time which was difficult. Possibly flag more obviously in the name of accom? Having the neighbours so easily able to see into your bedroom is a bit invasive but if there is no one else there it feels so private!

• Nicola (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment where you can see the beach from bed! Easy walking access to Boomerang Beach and a couple minute drive into the little town. Bit of a hassle in the lead up, got sent 18 emails prior to arrival from the “pacific palms management” team mostly unnecessary. Required photos of license and credit card to be able to book and with todays constant hacking situations this seemed unnecessary information to provide. Otherwise the property and location were amazing.

• Caroline (6/5): Pleasant - Convenience of location. Agents were easy, helpful and lovely to deal with. Bedding could be updated, new pillows. Dishes were greasy. Plastic cup disgusting and broken. We threw it out. Remote control didn't have proper cover, We bought batteries and taped it back up.

• Sharon (7/5): Perfect location, love to hear and smell the beach and to be able to work outside on the verandah - THE LOCATION, THE SMELL OF THE BEACH BEING ABLE TO WORK REMOTELY ON THE BACK VERANDAH BUT STILL FELT LIKE IT WAS A HOLIDAY QUIET NEIGHBOURS It is outdated with furniture and fittings and some lights did not work! It smelt musty for the first 2 days..... a candle helped. A broom would be great to sweep verandah could not locate it!!!!!! The downpipes are busting full and with the amount of rain NSW is experiencing the downpipes and drains need to be cleared..........they drip all night

• Kerry (6/5): great location but weary accommodation - great location. spacious living area with vaulted ceiling. kitchen and laundry well equipped. nice view of the beach and easy walk to the beach. the managing agents were very helpful with any issues. the unit itself needed refurbishment. Some furniture in poor state. Some issues need to be addressed with ventilation etc.
