• Kathryn (5/5): Lovely once inside, but warning this is an Airbnb with small children on the property. - Once i was inside the property, it was amazing. The fact is was at someones home, with kids and you had to walk past the entire house to get to the back. No privacy whatsoever entering or exiting the place. If id of known i was booking and airbnb style unit, i would not have paid.

• Mervyn (9/5): Family Reunion in the Sunshine Coast - Quiet location, very private with lots of birds. Accommodation was clean, decor lovely and well equipped with everything. Bonus was it was 4 minutes away from my son's house. Something very minor, softer towels perhaps in the bathroom..
• Patsy (10/5): Private, peaceful and perfectly located. - The property was advertised as being private and peaceful; it most certainly met those criteria and was very much a home from home. The hosts were welcoming and willing to assist, without being intrusive. The property is approximately a twelve minute walk from the ocean, but obviously a very short drive. There are lots of interesting walks in the area, lots of options for eating out, and the beach is second to none.

• Suz (9/5): Fantastic accommodation! Great find! - Communication was excellent! There was a wealth of information regarding local activities, shops, restaurants. The fixtures & fittings were of a high quality - it certainly seemed no expense was spared on setting up the accommodation. There were 3 little things that I thought didn’t fit with the quality of the rest of the accommodation. The Towels & hairdryer could’ve been a bit better quality. What was provided was functional but to me just didn’t fit with the high quality of the rest of the place. Having some laundry powder on hand would be great - I did ask for some and received it but it would be good to have it already stocked.

• Victoria (10/5): Fabulous-Coolum Beach was a hidden gem for us as was the accomodation - Private granny flat style at rear of owners house but very private. Full kitchen was great. Great shower and having a washing machine was awesome. Not much-maybe a BBQ would be nice.

The property has everything you need and you can see a lot of thought and detail has gone into making this a home away from home. Very clean and tidy. Although you are situated in the suburbs it is very private and peaceful. Great communication with Emilie. Pity we only had a one night stopover. Will highly recommend.

• Meredith (8/5): Really lovely - It's beautifully designed - cleverly done to let in a lot of natural light, and you can see the sky and the tree tops. It's cute, clean, comfortable (particularly the chairs!) conveniently located and very peaceful. Nice touches with the toiletries and tea and coffee and Netflix. It was tricky finding the entry in the dark and the rain - maybe an external light would help. The open wall of windows which face the lane don't have any blinds/curtains so it felt a bit exposed as there was a workman right outside while I was in my nightie!

• Graham (9/5): The accommodation was very comfortable, all needs catered for and charmingly decorated. - Breakfast wasn't included I wouldn't have minded being closer to the beach but checked beforehand and was prepared to accept this very minor inconvenience. In fact, it was good to experience a real neighbourhood rather than being stuck in the middle of the tourist traps.
