Guest Reviews
- Daniil (10/5): - Отличный дом, очень уютный и комфортный Нет
- Natalie (9/5): A home away from home! Very well equipped! - A home away from home. Very comfortable and I am super impressed with the kitchen! The neighbour cat visitation is definitely a bonus! Love the heated toilet! Nothing except we have to walk out of the living room space to the kitchen . Good if one don’t want to share the same space with cooking area but not that good if one have to walk through 2 doors to take stuff and make hot water
- Lloyd (9/5): - The location was great.
I loved the Louvre windows well ventilated.
Easy check in
- Karen (10/5): -

- Jennifer (10/5): Excellent - definitely recommend - Everything there for a very comfortable stay - bed very comfy.
Pet friendly too, so our little dog settled in very well.
- Julian (10/5): A very pleasant, well appointed and extremely comfortable place to stay - What a lovely peaceful retreat in Port Lincoln….the gardens were lovely, the layout very novel and really comfortable. The staff, especially Wendy were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole experience was first class!!!! N/A
- Mitton (10/5): - Everything a great cozy place to stay Nothing
- Nicolaas (10/5): Great little place to stay, good location. Would recommend staying here. - Very comfortable, clean and cosy. Loved the furnishings and the privacy. Lovely gardens and outdoor sitting area. Was very quiet at night during our stay. Excellent communication from Toni. Would definitely stay again. The kitchen being seperate section from main living area could be an issue in winter. Although connected by the undercover alfresco area, it was rather breezy going from one to the other.
- Grant (9/5): -

- Anthony (10/5): Great place to stay. - It was very comfortable with plenty of space and lovely furnishings. The doona was incredibly snuggly. We liked the eco aspects and the flow of the place being in two separate spaces.
- Amanda (10/5): Absolutely amazing. But don’t want anyone else to stay there for the long weekend in June cos I want it! - Loved the price and location, loved that it had everything we could possibly need. Loved the little extras we didn’t expect like board games and streaming on tv, sauce in the pantry and soap and toiletries that made it feel like staying with family. Couldn’t quite work out how to not make the water leak out of the bath, maybe the plug isn’t quite the right size. Literally not a big deal but just feedbac
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevan (9/5): Good value for the high quality and large unit. Would stay again. - Thanks to the hosts for a lovely, clean, modern, and well equipped unit. Everything I wanted was there and worked well. The kitchen was similar to a residential house. I didn't mind that it was separated from the living area by a wonderful undercover outdoor eating area. The shower took a long time for the hot water to appear but when it did it was hot and strong.
- Amanda (10/5): Loved it! Will be back :) - Clean, comfortable, great air flow with louvres in the house, kitchen has adequate facilities to cook meals. Secure fences for our dog too!
- Vanessa (9/5): Weekend getaway - Lovely & cosy home. Well appointed with a beautiful garden outlook
- Barbara (10/5): Nice place, friendly people and close to what Port Lincoln has to offer. - Thoughtful design, including the large undercover outdoor area. Helpful staff when I couldn’t work the key box. No issues.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hannah (10/5): The best stay you can find in Port Lincoln - Utterly gorgeous little house, there are washing facilities and anything else you could possibly need. It's your home away from home! This honestly exceeded all my expectations and felt so homely and comfortable Not a thing I didn't love.
- Bennett (10/5): Exceptional - Great location opposite the park.
Very clean and everything we could want.
- Martyn (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nothing.
- Madelyne (10/5): Exceptional - Toni was a fabulous host and extremely helpful. The gardens look fabulous in the spring and the little outdoor seating area is perfect for a morning cup of tea. I can't wait to stay there again!
- Roland (8/5): Well designed Eco house - Great design of the house. Very modern. Loved the kitchen being separated from the living area by a pavilion.
Covered carport
Modern appliances The house is across the road from a children's playground and a large field. Our stay included a weekend where large groups of people gathered at night swearing and fighting until 3am in the morning. A very unpleasant experience.
- Ben (9/5): Relaxing stay in a compact, well-designed house. Enjoyed by adults, kids & dogs alike! - A comfortable stay in a well-kept, clean property. Great location (for kids & dogs) across from local park. No gripes to speak of.
- Melissa (9/5): loved this accommodation, one of the best we have stayed in. - very clean and tidy, appropriately stocked with kitchen items, bathroom items, great bed. Quiet and convenient location. needed to purchase 2 batteries for the air con remote. easy fix though.
- Mandie (9/5): Absolutely loved it, would love to stay again. thanks Toni. - Loved the decor. Everything we needed was available to us re cooking meals. Very peaceful , the gardens were beautiful. We loooved the outdoor patio area to sit and enjoy our coffee in the morning. Great secure yard for our dog. My husband with gait issues found it a little difficult walking from lounge to outside kitchen area walking through two doors. But I thought it was fine because they are very close to each other.
- Cherry (10/5): Wonderful accomodation with dog safe garden - Buildings were gorgeous and comfortable. The eco features were nice and easy to use. Safe for the dogs. Pretty garden. Netflix. Good location. Foldout bed could have been better, but wasn’t too bad.
- Mia (9/5): Superb -
- Penn (8/5): Spring Fair on Sinclair Street. - I liked the design of the property, separate kitchen and north facing windows.Lots of natural light and lovely garden views.Tasteful decor and relaxed furniture made our stay very comfortable. The pavilion could have been more inviting to spend time there.
- Olivia (8/5): Very good -
- Liann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashlyn (10/5): Stunning! - Such a stunning property! Absolutely loved our stay. Super comfortable, clean and well kitted out. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
- Paul (10/5): It was fantastic -
- Riahn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dakota (10/5): Great for pets and people! Definitely will be back! - It was so great to have the opportunity to bring our border collie with us and the yard was secure so we could leave her behind to go out. Not to mention that the park was literally across the road.
100% recommend for those with pets! We are definitely making this our regular accommodation!
Toni was awesome with communication not that we really needed much! Super lovely and modern! Couldn’t fault it!
- Jayne (10/5): Sinclair Eco House Pt Lincoln SA - Beautiful accommodation very quiet clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay.
Garden and the birdsong was really relaxing.
- Clissold (8/5): Most enjoyable and comfortable. - The location was just within walking distance of the town centre. Everything was clean and well equipped. Just a few more bits in the kitchen: foil, clingwrap, paper towel.
- Col (10/5): wonderful home away from home - Loved the quirkiness of the property. All the comforts of home. It was amazingly heat
efficient. Great for getting the washing dry. The kitchen facilities were top class - wonderful to be able to do some home cooking after weeks on the road.
The lovely cat that adopted us for 5 days was adorable - she loves chicken and milk. Being really picky - it was cold going between the kitchen and main part of the house at night- could maybe benefit from a clear cafe blind in the outdoor area.
- Lee (10/5): Comfortable & Homey. - Very comfortable and homey. Loved the stained glass bathroom door, the garden and the beautiful cat that hung around just wanting some pats. Nothing
- Honglin (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very nice and thoughtful, and ready to help at any time when we were in need.
- Cam (8/5): Very good -
- Anne-marie (10/5): We really loved this place. Thanks Toni for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. - Everything - this place is really lovely. Would absolutely recommend, great value, a really comfortable home with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Nothing
- Laura (10/5): We had an amazing time and if we come back to port Lincoln, we would definitely book this place again! - - well located
- very clean
- nice decoration
- the owner is very nice
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional - Great place especially during the heatwave Nothing
- Mossy (10/5): Exceptional - The house decor was very appealing
- Ian (8/5): Very good - sofa bed was hard as rock to sleep on
- Michelle (10/5): Splendid Port Lincoln Oasis - This beautiful little cottage was an oasis for us on our recent Port Lincoln stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasteful quality at every turn. From the modern bathroom and quality linen to the lovely furnishings and very comfy bed. The generously outfitted kitchenette allowed us to shop and cook for ourselves instead of having to eat out constantly. The gardens & outdoor area were so peaceful, and the art work a lovely collection. Thanks so much Toni ❤️ At first we looked past the unit due to its distance from local restaurants/cafes. But its generous kitchenette and eating areas made that irrelevant.
- Donald (10/5): Great place to stay in Port Lincoln. - Location and the way the house was set up. BATHROOM MIRROR - please replace the mirror with a larger mirror - the postage stamp size mirror was difficult to see to shave. A small correction but people would like it.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- John (9/5): Great value - Clean, well-designed and well-equipped, with a lovely garden. It is worth noting that the kitchen is in a separate (but very close) pavilion - not a disadvantage though. Close to the centre of town - a twenty minute walk or five minutes in the car. Excellent value for money.
- Aisling (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (8/5): Very good -
- Ian (7/5): Overall the stay was good, nice clean & quiet place, not too far from the town and easy to get to. - We had small dogs and unfortunately there was an area under one of the driveway gates that was large enough that would have allowed our dogs to escape from if we didn't keep an eye on them at all times.
The separation of the living/bedroom areas to the kitchen/dining was a bit inconvenient, especially during the cold mornings. Would have been good if there was a pull down screen to protect the area between the buildings.
- Gina (9/5): Superb -
- Ricky (8/5): Very good. - Very clean good layout with separate kitchen area WiFi and close to town. Park across road. The fact it's not totally private if someone else is staying in the rear property. I didn't know that when booking.
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barry (9/5): Superb - Very nice to stay & very quiet & private & love the cat too. Nothing everything was great.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Courtney (9/5): Highly recommend this place for your stay in Port Lincoln - Sinclair Eco House is fantastic! It was easy to find from the airport, a close walk to the town's centre. The house was clean and very comfortable and the house itself had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend. Thanks Toni. NA
- Marc (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (9/5): Superb -
- Lei (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bob (9/5): provided the quiet dog friendly respite we needed prior to a big WA road trip from Adelaide - spacious, private, modern and comfortable - loved the design except for the one inconvenience minor inconvenience - separate building for kitchen meant 2 doors to negotiate to carry food and drink in/out of main living/bed room areas
- Keshia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kiyo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Park (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorna (8/5): Pet friendly comfort - A lovely, attractive property in quiet location. Clean with everything you need. Great that we could bring our little dog. Didn't realize it was a shared driveway. It was a bit disconcerting the first time someone walked past, but no other issues.
- Bethany (10/5): Really good value for money, and our dog was able to stay with us too. Would 10/10 recommend this place if you’re ev - Such a lovely little home, loved the outdoor sofa area and the beautiful garden. Entire home is decorated really nicely, comfy bed, decent shower, can’t fault this place at all.
- Fiona (10/5): A HIDDEN GEM, I'D BUY IF I COULD! - LOVED the bedroom/living area with the bathroom in the middle. quite a quirky layout with an outside undercover 'sitting lounge' area separating the bedroom/living area dwelling to the kitchen dwelling (which overlooked a lovely garden). Kitchen had a table & chairs and also a washing machine which is handy for travellers.
Undercover carport a bonus as well.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I'm sure who ever stays would enjoy as well.
Think perfectly suited for single or couple (+ child if the sofa is a sofa bed) no complaints or useful feedback :-)
- Roslyn (8/5): Very good -
- Elsa (10/5): peaceful and serene - Beautiful setting and garden. n/a
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional - Very generously stocked to make the stay comfortable.
- Leonie (9/5): Great Eco Accommodation - Loved the property, decor, gardens outdoor area kitchen dining and pussycat. On a whole this property is wonderful and we loved the setup. If I had to nit pick it would be the smallest thing going from the warm main area to the kitchen for coffee lol. But we probably could have used the tray in the lounge to take stuff inside and make in there. And not having more time.
- John (10/5): A fabulous alternative to city motels and high rise units. Great value for money. - Absolutely wonderful and quiet property, well away from the city hustle. Would definitely stay there again. Far better value than just a studio unit in the centre of town, for the same price (or more).
- Fenne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jasmin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Megh (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jillian (9/5): Superb -
- Gerard (9/5): Superb - The kitchen was well set up. The bed was comfortable and the grounds were secure for my dog. Dragging the heater from the lounge to the bedroom. The pesky cat.
- Taylor (10/5): Comfortable, private, clean, wonderful. - All of it. It’s a great place, nice and clean. Beautiful. One main thing is I appreciate that we can bring our pets, not many places do. So thank you. Nothing.
