This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an extra charge. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.
