paloma reyes (7/5): - El predio donde están las villas es muy bonito, hay muchos pájaros y la pileta es genial. Estaba limpio. El colchón de la cama estaba en muy mal estado. El baño no tenía puerta. Nos bañamos las 3 noches con agua fría ya que el calentador de la ducha no funcionaba; comunicamos este problema puntual a los administradores y nunca tuvimos respuesta. La presencia de la administración en el lugar es nula, te dicen que están de 9 a 18 pero nunca los vimos en su oficina. Todo lo bello del lugar se opaca por el mal servicio, una pena.

Laura (9/5): - El lugar es bellisimo. Muy comodas las instalaciones el living y cocina exterior. Lindas habitaciones baño amplio. Deberían mejorar el tema del portón. El candado es muy incomodo para abrir y peor para cerrar . Las luces exteriores se encendian 20 y 11 hs . A las 18 hs ya es noche cerrada. No se ve nada .
CandeMagnetti (7/5): - Nos encanto que el predio era grande y la habitación de nuestra villa también. Podíamos tener nuestra privacidad o disfrutar de los espacios compartidos que ofrecia como el quincho/pileta. El complejo nos dio seguridad al tener los portones de ingreso con llave. Playa negra esta muy cerca del complejo, una de las playas mas lindas que la del centro de Puerto Viejo! No habia agua caliente y los días de lluvia hubiese sido bueno poder bañarse con agua tibia. Y deberian cambiar el sistema de cerrado del portón ya que es un lugar que llueve mucho y se hacia algo penoso el tener que bajarse del auto en pleno diluvio para poder entrar y salir.

Luis (9/5): - En general todo estuvo muy bien, el personal, la cercanía del lugar, la comodidad, la facilidad para ingresar etc… El área de piscina tiene un letrero que dice que se puede usar hasta las 10pm, sin embargo las villas y el mensaje que enviaron por WhatsApp decía 9pm, lo cual causó una confusión , considero se puede actualizar el letrero para evitar problemas ya que algunos de mis amigos pelearon por eso….
Melinda (10/5): We loved our cozy stay in Puerto Viejo. - The location was great--remote enough to feel safe and cozy, but close enough to all the destinations on our list. We loved the pool, the indoor/outdoor living, the common spaces, and the wildlife. I loved waking up to the chorus of tropical birds. We felt at home cooking our meals in the kitchen and spending time together in the evening as a family. Our hosts were very attentive and gave recommendations when we asked. We ate at a local soda, and found a cute little smoothie shop in the neighborhood. Loved our laid-back time in Puerto Viejo. The beds were a little stiff, but the rooms were very clean and safe.

Grace Iara (9/5): Perfect place for Nature lovers - We loved the villa and how immersed in Costa Rican biodiversity life felt staying there. We were surrounded by more than 20 species of birds, howler monkeys and even a capybara passed by just before the sunrise. It is the ideal place for nature lovers. The wild Playa Negra was just a walking distance. It was very useful to have our own parking space. The staff team was helpful and attentive. It felt really safe and easy to go around nearby attractions. The National Park of Cahuita was pretty special. Something to improve perhaps: it would have been amazing if each villa had its own laundry machine.

CESAR (9/5): Family vacationn with kids and elderly person. - Cleanliness of the kitchen, room and facilities. The.size of the villa: very confortable for a big family. Kids loved the pool. The common/shared facilities in the pool area like kitchen, bbq, pizza oven, dinning area are a plus. The communication with the staff before arrive to the villa and when you arrive can be improved. A door should be added to the bathroom in the second floor.
Dominika (7/5): Ok to stay if you don’t need to cook and have a car or bikes - The room was very big and had a desk and enough space to put our stuff. Bed was comfy. There was also a big pool and hangout areas for doing some yoga and chilling. The staff were nice and we were able to book laundry service and get our room cleaned. Confusion with booking’s price - we expected to pay less but ended up paying twice the price because of taxes and charges. The entry to the villa was a bit annoying because of having to always unlock and lock the main gate and leave key in the box. Location good for Playa Negra but too far for Puerto Viejo. The communal kitchen was very poorly equipped and had centuries old pots and pans, which made it uncomfortable to cook. The hob had 4 plates out of 6 broken.
