• Javier (10/5): Un hermoso lugar - Excelente el trato de Maria Angelica, super amable y atenta ante cualquier duda, la ubicacion del lugar es genial, muy cerca de la plaza principal de Puerto Varas, la cabaña era muy comoda y el barrio muy tranquilo, una hermosa experiencia que espero podamos repetir en el futuro. Todo en orden por suerte, una gran estadia

• Javiera (10/5): - La ubicación de la cabaña es excelente, está todo cerca, además la cabaña estaba limpia y cuenta con todo lo necesario par una buena estadía, y la sra. María Angélica es muy amable y tiene muy buena disposición. Nada malo.

• Liza (8/5): Nice place with a great location - Great location, nice small cabin perfect for two people. Everything was clean. We really enjoyed the time here. It's a bit noisy at night if people from the other cabins are making noises or talking loudly. A good improvement would be a few more cooking items, such as knives and more cutlery.

• Riikka (9/5): Nice little cottage - It was a small cottage in a nice and quite area. The bed was comfortable. In the small kitchen you could cook your breakfast and other meals. The owner was really nice. It can be a bit warm during the day, maybe fan would be handy.
• Angela (9/5): The property is self contained and not in a block of flats which was lovely. - It was in a very quiet area and so close to the centre. Rather quirky It’s a bit tired and the stairs are rather a safety hazard.

• Ozlem (4/5): Be Careful With What You Pay - It was clean. Although you have to climb a hill, it is close to the center Small and hard to move. You cannot open doors of the drawers because of the kitchen chairs. Kitchen and bathroom are almost within each other. Gas burner warms around well but creates a heavy smell in the room. The house owner asked us to pay an additional amount for the fee tht she has to pay to Booking.com as house owner. I showed my reservation details. The money that I had to pay was written by Booking.com and was including everything. Although I should not pay the tax as a foreign tourist, I did not even mention about it. However she insisted on getting more money on top of the room price telling she had to pay fee (I guess it was 13%) to Booking.com although it was the fee of Booking.com taken from the house or hotel owners not from the guests. I have been using Booking.com amd this s the first time I faced with such a request !! When I refused she became frustrated. The other day our flight was late and I asked her whether she could keep our luggages for a few hours in a safe place, she directly refused and she was not helpful and friendly at all.
