There was plenty of room to relax inside and out. The decks outside were beautiful with umbrellas and a bbq.
The beds were very comfortable, a great night's sleep was had by all.
Would highly recommend this beach house.

- Jeff (8/5): Very good - We uses to stay Hotels rather than holiday house. It was good experience that we could manage better holiday in next trip. I recommend for anyone who want to stay with reasonable price in near Philip Island. Nice and clam area, but could not beat mother nature. 3 days of rain... There is no problems staying in there at all. Everything was fine. But overall, it is old house. Without heater, we could not survive at there. And if the gate door was electric one, it will be fantastic.
