• Robbert (8/5): Very good - I didn't know how to enter the house, had to sms and received a code straight away. The WIFI didn't seem to work- so couldn't get the TV to work. No tea towels provided. For the rest it was fine a comfortable house and nice quiet location. There was no working light outside at the front door/in the carport, which is very dark at night, would be nice if that light works.

• Debra (6/5): Pleasant - Location Unable to get the TV or the internet to work, so for 3 days, we had no TV or internet. To get the TV to work, you had to use the hot spot on your mobile but was unable to get it to work. When we first got there, we could not get in as the code for the door was wrongly given. There was no plug in the kitchen and dirty towel in the bathroom. To contact the owner, you had to send an email or phone. we asked the owner to come and show up how to get the TV to work, but no one came.

• Lizziebeth (8/5): Beautiful, quiet stay in a lovely unit. - The location was perfect. The space was inviting and the rooms were beautifully maintained. Bring your own tea and coffee as there was none in the kitchen.

• Jennifer (9/5): Overall excellent accommodation. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. - Excellent accommodation, very clean and tastefully decorated. I would have liked shelf space in my bedroom for folded clothes; outside light did not work; drain plug in kitchen sink was broken; and my children were disappointed they could not access the pool.
• Amy (8/5): The place is located around a pond & a new experience. - The environment is very nice, with wildlife visiting our balcony. The location is quiet & private. Cottage decor is pleasant & thoughtful. The beds are too low & soft. The kitchen lags consumables such as cleaning wipes. One of the bedroom blinds cannot be closed!
• Melisa (10/5): Great location. - Location is not far from places we want to explore and it's close to shops which was convenient when needing to purchase essentials. The host was very responsive. Thank you very much for welcoming us. My children love the pond as they were able to spot a lot of turtles and fish... They even gave turtles name😆. Allotted parking is just toooooooo small for my van. Had to park on the street which was okay and on our last night we parked at the visitors area which was right next to the house which was a big help for heavy luggage. At first I thought there was a slight earthquake as the entire house shook while the washing was going on☺️.

• Cadwallader (5/5): Average. I Blame booking.com, not our host - Clean inside and nicely decorated. We were able to check in early and communication from hostess good Booking.cool site advised there was a pool and a waterpark and the site described these as being available to guests. Pool was locked and only available to permanent residents of the complex and there was no waterpark. Kids were very disappointed. Our history advised he has been asking booking.com to update this for the last 6 months.
• Farah (8/5): Would return for a longer period without kids. - Beautiful setting, well set up, great location, a real treat to watch and engage with the pond first thing in the morning. We stopped off for one night as part of a road trip and the location was ideal. Really lovely pool however some grumpy nearby neighbours who didn’t like the sound of our 2 and 5 year old kids playing in the pool.
• Sandeep (3/5): Disappointed with this booking as there were none of the facilities as advertised. - Location was cute Lovely deck area but spider webs everywhere There is no functional BBQ area. They have one but it is all rusty and looks like hasn’t been used for years. There is no Hot tub/Jacuzzi. Contacted the owner regarding this. He said the bathtub in the bathroom is it. There is a small public pool area but cannot be used by guest only to be used by residence of the area but is still advertised. There are spider webs everywhere in the deck area. The blinds in both bedroom didn’t work. We had to hang up a sheet to cover for privacy.

• Julie (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again. - Beautiful position on the lake with wildlife. Good size. Cold weather and air con not working. Arrived in dark and front door light useless. Carport too small and awkward. Couch uncomfortable. No TV - no free to air and only way to get something to watch was if you brought your own streaming service.

• Sprogis (2/5): Ponds - popular paradise place! 1 - We thoroughly enjoyed the space this place had to offer! We were able to enjoy our stay without being in one another's faces the entire time! We utilised the kitchen - which was great for cooking meals as a family, hence reducing the cost of our stay away! The wildlife was fantastic & very entertaining, from the multiple bird types including many of the birds that call this region home, to aquatic creatures including many different insects, at all times [ nocturnal & 'day' critters]. It was quite spectacular & kept the kids distracted while they waited for us to shower & cook. 24 hours of continual, natural non-stop wildlife (in real-time)- it never stopped! The friendly water dragons of varying sizes & ages. Additionally, the several freshwater turtles also of differing sizes & varying ages would more often than not, gather the courage to approach us on their own & begin the interaction process with much confidence, sas & courage! They often came to enjoy the sunshine on the deck- sharing the warmth of the sun, while we shared the view that overlooked the pond together. We were very impressed by how friendly the water dragons were with the kids. There were several freshwater turtles, amongst the reeds & lily pads we would observe diving & dipping below the surface! It was most amazing! The spacious interior of the villa made it so we felt very comfortable as the evening turned to night & we slowly began to rest in our separate areas of the spacious cabin! ie bedrooms & the family room. The small compact kitchenette offered us great comfort as it gave us the option to do some laundry whilst enjoying the convenience of our relaxing & natural environment. Right there where we slept! The features the cabin, offered were extremely handy & helpful & were most convenient for the entirety of our stay! Thanks. The fact that all or most of the kitchen's- cooking utensils were greasy & needed to be scrubbed a little more thoroughly with suds & a scourer. The carpeted & finished floorboards seemed as if they hadn't been vacuumed or swept since the previous guest/s had stayed there. Also in the main room [directly facing the family room & facing] had a dirty pair of underwear which seemed odd to us & slightly off-putting?

• Michelle (7/5): Good - Lovely home, comfortable beds, nice area I booked for 5 adults there were on two double beds and four towels left. The deck was dirty, we could not use the table and chairs or lounge. We came in two cars there was no mention of no room or parking for a second car.

• Lynda (8/5): great experience for all the family - The home was lovely and clean and a great spot to stay, quiet and tranquil and had everything we needed. Location was great the other people in the complex were lovely and helped us when needed if the blinds in the front bed room worked and possibly a small bottle of milk and some coffee would've been nice but lucky we arrived in daylight and were able to find a shop. Had difficulty with the locked key and were given the wrong code to start

No Hot Tub, No Separate Tumble Dryer, No pool View, what it has which is unfit or broken, a swimming pool (unfit) a washing machine (not working/no instructions). window blinds mostly broken, no advice on how to get in to the property, owner never returned phone calls, property wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, 2 cleaners did turn up for 30 minutes to clean whole property but was done sparingly! lack of safety equipment and general info about property….. I could go on

• Justin (9/5): awesome - loved every minute of it! - amazing spot overlooking a lagoon with frogs, lizards, eels, turtles and other bird life too! kids and we loved it!!! neat and homely and we didn’t want to leave! the blinds could be updated but the rest awesome!

Had to stop in driveway to allow passengers out, before parking, as no room to open doors,only to be rudely beeped by other residents. Blinds in the 2nd bedroom didn’t close properly (no sleep in past dawn) and mattress needs replacing,

• Alexandra (5/5): Passable - Location is good. Convenient and quiet There is ants and cockroaches in the property. Every day i have to clear 10-15 pieces in bathroom, kitchen and living room before we can rest. Washing machine was not working. Host is aware but did not notify us. We are staying for 5 night without laundry facilities. When we look for accommodations, we specifically looks for one with laundry and spa bath. End up we dont get to enjoy or use them.
