Zein-alabedin (1/5): Extremely disappointing — overpriced, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. - The house is ideal for summer — 100% suited for warm weather stays. Also, the check-in experience was excellent. We were allowed to enter the property more than two hours earlier than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated I couldn’t sleep all night because it was too cold. The air conditioning wasn’t working in any of the three top-level rooms—just fake wall units that did nothing. On the first floor, there was no air conditioning at all; it was freezing at night. Only the dining room had a working AC. The hot bath (spa) was a major disappointment. It would heat up to only 28°C, then shut off. We had to restart it multiple times, waiting about two hours each time, just to reach 40°C. Even after four attempts over the course of 9 hours, the water never got properly hot. It was a frustrating and failed experience. Additionally, the pool table was torn and unplayable, and the microwave didn’t work. Given the high price, the property was absolutely not worth it. Everyone in my group felt we were misled and overcharged. We were not happy at all with the stay — it felt like we were scammed.

Roxana (4/5): place needs some outdoor attention - the inside of the property beautiful and very clean, nice pool table and spa. the outside hasn’t been maintained for a while, grass long, not luscious like it says, outdoor furniture with spider webs, windows full of spiders and big spiders, aircon not working in living area and it was very hot and couldn’t open windows due to spiders. won’t post any of the pics I took but hopefully owner will act on my advise.

Julie (7/5): The house & its location made it possible to explore lots of beaches and environs and relax at home. - A very good location. Good fun facilities in-house. Very good provisions e.g. kitchen items, bathroom items, and games and activities. BBQ not clean at all. House not super clean, but important things were very clean. The outdoor Bins were too full. We had to be creative with our waste on the last day. Someone buzzed us with a drone when we were eating outside and as we were leaving (hovered directly above both times).
