• Christine (10/5): All 10 people (ranging from ages 6 to 78) and two furries thoroughly enjoyed their stay. - The house is very well-equipped. We did not want for anything. Location is easy to access, quiet, private, spacious and close to beach and shopping Apart from there not being enough sunshine time, the only trivial fault that we could find is that the hallway sensor lights at skirting level did not function.
• Gabrielle (9/5): Great location and family friendly house - Perfect location for walks to the beach, short drive to Coffs central or day trips to surrounding towns. Huge house with a great layout that accommodated all of us comfortably. Kids loved the pool and Big Banana just up the road. Walking proximity to Aanuka resort’s restaurant and cafe an added bonus.
• Carla (8/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! - The property was beautiful and perfect for 10 people. The pool was a hit! It could do with more air conditioning. The bedrooms were quite hot and the ceiling fans weren’t quite keeping up.

Spotlessly clean, light, so spacious , generously equipped and perfect for a group. The location is great too. Coffs Coast Accommodation were exceptional to deal with, nothing too much trouble and great communication. Thank you so much

Great pool fully equipped kitchen etc Nails in decking on verandah raised and cause issues if bare footed.. needs new air conditioning in main living area as does not cool the space on 30deg day.. or get fans in this area.. no shade over pool
• CHRISTINE (9/5): Great property for a large family gathering. - Location was great. Plenty of space for a large party. Pool toys were a bonus. Advertised as three bathrooms when really only 3 toilets not three showering facilities.Consists of en-suite shower room with toilet,one family bathroom with bath &shower and a separate toilet. In the laundry room is another toilet only. Also WiFi didn’t reach the en-suite bedroom.

• Susan (9/5): We had a great stay in this lovely home. - Lovely spacious property which accommodates large family group. Pool is like a resort pool, such a relaxing area to spend time together. We found the house uncomfortably warm as the weather was quite high humidity during our stay. Only one split system AC in main living area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, though none in family room which houses the main TV.

It really was a home away from home with everything you need. Loved the books and games for the quieter times. It could have had a tv in the open plan kitchen dining area . Apart from that I could not fault the place.

Let me share our experience: 1. **Location**: The house is perfectly situated, just a 7-minute walk from Diggers Beach and 0.8 miles from Park Beach. Being close to both the beach and shops made our stay convenient and enjoyable. 2. **Comfort and Space**: The spacious 5-bedroom house comfortably accommodated our large family group of 10 adults. Plenty of outdoor space allowed us to enjoy the pool even during rainy weather. Plus, having no neighbors behind the property added to our privacy. 3. **Responsive Team**: The staff was exceptional! On a rainy day, they promptly assisted us when we were stuck outside with the kids. Their responsiveness made our stay stress-free. 4. **Amenities**: The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and three bathrooms with all the essentials. Towels and bed linen were provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. 5. **Outdoor Paradise**: We loved the outdoor dining area and terrace. The Big Banana attraction is just a short walk away, adding to the fun. Overall, Diggers Beach Surf House exceeded our expectations. If you're planning a family getaway, I highly recommend this property. 🏖️ One can nitpick on things but there are no major flaws. If you are looking to have a great time and need a comfortable stay, this is the place!
• Trangie (9/5): Falsely advertised at pets approved no additional charge, entertainers home, great location to surf beach, and local sho - The house was spacious enough for a large family group of 10 adults. Plenty of outdoor space, the pool was utilised even in the rainy weather. No neighbours at the rear of the property which was the main entertainment area. All bedroom beside one had immediate access to the outside. Advertised as pets allowed no additional charge. Was charged an additional $220 on the online check in app. The main ensuite had an odour (like that of a wet, unclean mop). The screen door and the walk in robe door did not close or open without force. Not a true 3 bathroom. Ensuite, main bathroom and toilet in the external laundry with a cold external pool shower.
