• Rachael (10/5): Fabulous. We highly recommend staying at this property. - The property was in a great location. The views were fantastic. The house itself was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped to make all the family meals we cooked. The air con in each room was very much appreciated. We liked everything about the property.
• Lynne (9/5): Absolutely amazing! - Great location, beautiful views. It was easy to get around, either walking or by car. The house suited our needs really well. We loved the place, so this is more about what may be helpful in the future! Some information about a few things in the house: turning on hot water; explanation of how the oven worked and how the hot tub could be adjusted (40 was too hot), and if resort facilities such as shuttle bus are available to use - we didn’t know how to contact reception. For a weeklong stay, checking things like bug spray (was empty and there was an ant nest in the hot tub cover) and ensuring there are enough toilet rolls (2 rolls for 6 people is not quite enough!), extra tea towels etc.

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Aussergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Für Gäste ohne eigenes Fahrzeug auf der Insel: Shuttlebus des kingfisher bay resort z. T. nicht verfügbar, obwohl wir alle Events über das Resort gebucht und alle Malzeiten im Restaurant des Kingfisher bay resorts konsumiert haben. Leider sehr unfreundlicher und unflexibler Service des Resorts, jedoch sehr freundliche Fahrer, falls verfügbar.
• Bev (9/5): - The property had nearly everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Gorgeous location and close enough to Kingfisher Bay Resort and facilities including restaurants and bars. Two of the queen beds had very soft mattresses and pillows. We had an issue with storage not available, so we had to cart food around until we could check in after 3pm.

• Eran (10/5): Great vacation home in a special location - We were two families sharing the house. The house is very specious, it is well equipped and is located 2 minutes from the barge. The views are amazing and it has a cool hot tub. Big kitchen and two dining areas. Washer and dryer If it was on the east coast, it was perfect

• Iona (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here (8 adults, 1 baby) and loved everything about this place. Rish was amazing to deal with. The house itself was beautiful. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of utensils etc. The view was spectacular and paired with the hot tub, 10/10. Beach, Pool, and restaurants were within 1 minute driving distance (you could probably walk if you really wanted to but there's a massive hill leading up to the hill, I don't think it would be a very fun walk). The only minor thing was that the sofa bed was hard to sleep on because the springs were coming out, but I assume it doesn't get used very often. The couches themselves were comfortable and big enough to sleep on.
• Yolinda (9/5): If this house was on the mainland I would love it as my own to live in. - Just everything. The property was huge, well presented, living are in the centre with the bedrooms at both ends, the balcony with a dining table and spa overlooked the ocean in the distance. Sunsets from there were beautiful to watch. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were a bit soft, but that is more to do with our preference, not the property. Could use a seat on the porch at the front door to put on shoes when going out. When it is raining the steps are too wet to sit on.
• Narelle (10/5): The views were stunning especially in the evening. Watching my children hand feed kookaburra from the deck while I relax - The view was amazing, and watching my kids hand feeding kookaburras from the deck while relaxing in the spa was fantastic Had absolutely everything.

• Coghill (10/5): 5 Star - The Beach House was beyond our expectations. All rooms are spacious with air conditioning, could not ask for more. The house was clean and had everything supplied that was needed to have a wonderful holiday. Great communication with the owner, made us feel very welcome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We could not fault anything with the beach house.

Colour out of bathers and hair. More tea towels would have been helpful as would a note to bring silver foil and clean film 😊. Wi-Fi code had to chase.

• Morgane (7/5): Nice but not a beach front house - Very big house with comfortable bedroom, good linen and aircon. Loved the Jacuzzi and the bbq on the balcony, definitely the plus of the house. Very nice looking views of the ocean from the heel, but this is not a beach front house as indicated. We thought we could just walk from the house to the beach for a quick swim, which technically you can, but you will have to climb back that massive heel on your way back where the house is located. Never been to Kingsfisher bay before, the house is actually located all the way up to Kingsfisher heights, which got us confused when we arrived. That was the main interest we had in choosing this house and we were quite disappointed. There are actually beach front houses there, this one isn't one of them. The description is misleading and that's not right.
