• Kaila (3/5): Disappointed by our stay - Two guests got locked inside the upstairs bathroom at separate times. The lock is faulty and can only be opened from the outside so if no one was home it would have been impossible to get out. The property was old and needed some work. One comfy bed but the other two were hard cheap mattresses. Our car was smashed and targeted by young kids at the local country club so it took us a little longer to check out due to our car being unable to be driven. The checkout time was very early for any checkout being 9am! Elders didn’t ask just charged us an extra $100 because the cleaners had to wait. Had they knocked they would have realised we were packed and ready to go but were just trying to sort out our damaged car. We didn’t even use half the rooms at the property and had tidied up so not a big cleaning job regardless. Super disappointed with our stay and definitely would not return to this property. Was a lot of money to spend to just be charged more money at the end by Elders Kempsey.
• Carine (9/5): Superb - We were two families and had a lovely stay. The house was clean and very spacious. There is plenty of light. The kitchen was well equipped. And the view is amazing.

The views from the balconies are stunning During our stay I messaged the staff a couple of times and didn’t hear back from them, but got a few auto messages
• Helen (8/5): Very good - Nice location garden and view. Spacious home. Heating in mid winter was set at 18 degrees. Password protected. Not adequate for a home this size with temps of 2% overnight. Also on a timer. Not impressed. 1 teaspoon provided in an otherwise well equipped kitchen. We bought our own and left with them out of resentment. Cups provided were soup cups. Useless for keeping beverages hot. Just ignorance I guess. Have your morning coffee in a soup cup? No curtains at all in 4th bedroom. Yep, the bushes may block viewing but not light. The washing machine leaks. Puddles on the floor. Always. Deck are in urgent need of repair and maintenance. Mattresses are great except for middle room downstairs. Jeez! Roll over, roll over... Lack of rugs makes acoustics hard to deal with. 3 of our party fell at bottom of stairs due to reflection when light on deceptively bringing bott step closer and we were a NO alcohol group.
