- Anderson (5/5): Good for short stays but not for long ones. - My family and I stayed at the residence for 45 days for work reasons. The house is well equipped with appliances, utensils and very spacious for a family of up to 2 children. The place is very quiet, I think it is ideal for those on vacation but not for those on business. The initial service/check in by the real estate agent was very good. The house needs urgent maintenance, the dishwasher makes strange and very loud noises. The floor of the house makes a lot of noise when walking, especially from the upper rooms, for someone with a baby like me, it was very complicated. The local internet is goo, but it is limited, strangely, other devices cannot be connected. House cleaning leaves a little to be desired as there are many spider webs throughout the house. I believe that for a short-term stay it may even be feasible, but in my case, where I stayed for 45 days, it was not feasible because supermarkets and pharmacies are located in another location and it is always necessary to use the car to get around. Finally, we were surprised why they charged us an extra cleaning fee, as I received an email from the real estate agency saying that the house was extremely dirty, we made sure that the house was as clean as possible. But I think it must be normal because we always saw that the houses next door were cleaned in less than 45 minutes, so certainly for a family that stayed 45 days, it must need an appropriate cleaning.
