• Karen (8/5): Tree house stay - Location and space for us to stay A little cooking oil, a few coffee pods to get you started. Mosquito coils. We purchased and left them there for next customer
• Alan (1/5): Complete rip-off for the price we paid. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone. - Good location The house was dirty and run down. Part of the balcony roped off because a support beam was rotten. Mold on window handles (and almost everywhere else) - and the place was just dirty in general - disgusting shower curtain, ants in the kettle, stains on the ancient, worn out furniture. No air conditioning and no fly screens. Inadequate quantity of basic supplies- for example, we ran out of toilet paper and had to supply our own.
• McPherson (5/5): The location is great but the house needs updating and maintenance for safety and comfort. - The location was great. Near Cylinder's beach and local grocery store for supplies. The beds in the main rooms were comfortable. The house is old and need maintenance work. (1) The downstairs bathroom is very outdated with stains in the shower (2) The downstairs toilet had a constant sewage smell which was very unpleasant in the warm weather (3) There are no screens on the windows and doors so unable to leave the doors and windows open at night time for fresh air and keep the insects out of the house (4) No air conditioning, which would have been ok if we can leave the windows and doors open (4) The main entrance door lock was faulty. Difficult to close (5) One of the corner railing on the upstairs balcony was held together by rope as the wood is rotting away. We had young children staying in the accommodation so it was a safety concern.
• Barbara (5/5): Dry disappointed by the deteriorating condition of the accomodation. - Wonderful location with easy access to beach. The greatest disappointment was the condition of the accomodation. I consider that the rotting support on the deck railing was potentially dangerous. At the very least we should have been warned of the situation. One of the single beds was broken and one of my children had to sleep on the floor for a couple of nights until someone came to repair the bed.

• Emma (7/5): Relaxing family stay - Great location, very large and well stocked kitchen. Mgmt company was helpful and responsive. Laundry area and child gate were useful with three small children. Pretty dated and although sheets, towels, kitchen area, bathroom were clean, a bi-annual deep clean (under the rugs, under the sofas, windows) would improve this property a lot.

• Jo (9/5): Coasting at Straddie was Great - Loved the size and space of the house and it had everything we needed. The deck was awesome. The ants whenever food came out but nothing you can do about that. Otherwise nothing really.
