- Karin (9/5): Wonderful. - Had great vibes and felt very relaxing and peaceful
- Jos (9/5): Heel leuk ouderwets ingericht huis zeer comfortabel. Niets

- Diane (10/5): Cosy seaside cottage - Cute little cottage with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It would be nice if the accommodation provided towels, as we were visiting from overseas. Luckily we could borrow from a local friend, but others may not be able to.
- Mary (6/5): Wasn't there much thankfully - It was a some blocks from the beach Other places for the same price were more comfortable, (good linen and new beds better natural light
- Elizabeth (8/5): Comfortable, quiet and well equipped - Quiet, comfortable beds, clean, private even in the garden, off street parking, blockout blinds First world problem that the lounge and easy chairs were far too big for us- just couldn’t get comfortable with cushions, footrests
- Smith (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (9/5): Superb - it was a lovely well equiped cottage with a nice front garden in a very quiet location close to the beach
- Sue (10/5): A perfect location for a getaway with fur babies! - Perfectly dog friendly and relaxing. Everything we needed and so much more. Nothing
- Evette (10/5): So comfortable - Location and size
It was homely.
Loved the fireplace, too The only thing I might suggest is a taller toilet. It was very low and a little difficult for my companion to get on and off, due to an existing health condition
- Dinesh (8/5): A relaxing and peaceful stay. - The cottage had a really cosy feel and had unique decorations which added to the beachy atmosphere. There was also a range of DVD's and board games that we were able to use at our leisure. Unfortunately there was little to no connection to the WiFi which wasn't catastrophic for us but could impact future holidayers.
- Kyli (8/5): Peaceful Portarlington cottage - A lovely, cosy, peaceful cottage. The fire was wonderful. Lovely gardens. Pet friendly. Tea and coffee provided (along with many other kitchen, cooking supplies).
Had everything we needed for a really lovely stay. Thanks Floyd. Having to bring our own towels is a little odd. The bathroom floors and shower are slippery. The water takes so long to heat in the kitchen, I felt I was wasting so much water.
- Mary (9/5): Superb - Very cosy and comfortable
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (10/5): Clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed - Bought our own breakfast
- Douglas (8/5): Very good - Lovely quiet position. Close to Coast and town centre.
- Robert (8/5): It was great - relaxing, refreshing. - Cottage was comfortable. Privacy very good. Good access to all amenities. Appreciated the garden and bird life. Numerous places to sit and soak up the peace and tranquility. An abundance of kitchen utensils - plates, pots, mugs etc. Indoor blinds were heavy, particularly when letting them down. There was some danger of knocking something over - TV, lamp. Could find only one plug for the kitchen sink and that was in the laundry. Air circulation in bedroom insufficient on hot nights. Front gate a fiddle.
- Sally (9/5): Highly reccomend! - We loved our stay here! The proerty had everything we needed, it was a short walk to the beach or about 15 minutes to the centre of town. Hosts were great and very responsive.
- Karen (9/5): Easy to feel at home here 😊🌻 - Well equipped lovely cottage. Extremely relaxing and well located to the beach and town. Nothing
- Mary (8/5): We had a very enjoyable, comfortable and peaceful stay at the LIttle Beach Cottage. - The peaceful location, the fenced off property, plenty of crockery, cutlery, drink ware, a nice coffee machine, plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware, olive oil, tomato sauce and plain flour were provided, glad wrap and aluminium foil were also handy as well as plenty of toilet paper and a roll of paper towel. Washing machine was handy and plenty of washing powder and pegs. 2 large refrigerators. Plenty of bed coverings and pillows. Plenty of hand wash, sanitizer, shampoo and conditioner. 2 Tea towels. Large backyard with lemon tree. Nice garden areas. Lots of books to read and play things for kids. The shower worked well. There was a fan in the bathroom. Windows were able to be opened to get fresh air. Couches and recliners were very comfortable. The TV remote is falling apart and needs replacing. It would be better if towels and beach towels were provided as most accommodation places provide towels when you pay good money. Under the beds needs a really good clean - too dusty. The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom were shiny and when wet were very slippery. We had to be very careful. The mat in the shower area needs to have a better grip as it just slips along the tiles and is very dangerous. The tissue box was almost empty when we arrived.
- Fredbear (6/5): Pleasant - The eclectic charm of the cottage and outdoor garden surrounds. The fact that we could take our dogs with us "Less is more" too much stuff
- Stephanie (10/5): Excellent house for two couples or for a family to relax at the beach - Comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies. Homey. We couldn’t enjoy the garden due to the weather but it was lovely to look at! Hosts contacted me with all information needed. Handy to have wifi as internet can be patchy. The walk into town in the rain is a little far, but when it stopped, it is an easy walk :)
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Outstanding hosts. the cottage was exactly what we were hoping for - cosy and homely. The cottage had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. Everything was great - nothing we didn't like.
- Gordon (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and cosy with the most wonderful comfy bed. Very dog friendly. My dog loved the big yard Did find a hole in the back fence. Lucky my dog didnt
- Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, great little cottage had everything we needed, very cosy. The dog loved it too!
- Marg (7/5): Good -
- Jan (10/5): A wonderful place for total rest and recuperation. Thanks so much - It is such a dear cottage. So comfy and inviting. Everything that would have been needed was there already. The back and laundry area was rather sad
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Anupam (9/5): Superb -
- Belsford (8/5): Very good -
- Ingrid (10/5): loved the location, fireplace, super comfy beds and peaceful front garden bathed in sun. - front garden and indoor fire
- Margaret (8/5): relaxing and fun - the little port cottage was inviting and very comfortable. it had a friendly and welcoming feel. there were 2 plovers next door that dive bombed you when you went into the back garden but this is not the fault of the hosts. just something to be aware of.
- Bernard (9/5): Superb -
- Sandeep (8/5): Very good - We like everything about property and aminities and facilities provided. Just wifi wasn’t working , that’s all. We look forward to stay again. Only the wifi wasn’t working or was very slow to load anything. So bad wether didn’t let us go out and due to internet not working, it was hard to download entertainment stuff, but they do have many cds to watch and games to play.
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Barbara (6/5): Okay, once the hot water was fixed. - The location was fine, a block or so back from the shore. The shore was not very interesting as it was rocky and inaccessible close to the house. The hot water system didn’t work and it took about 6 hours to get a response from the owner. As we were going to a wedding, this was most inconvenient.
The plastic wallpaper over the stove was peeling off and gave a general feel for the house of being tired. There were a lot of personal mementos everywhere which gave a feeling of crowding and left little space for our own things.
The garden was uncared for and backyard furniture in piles.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Miriam (9/5): Superb -
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient. Suited the two of us that were travelling. Poor phone reception.
- Gail (9/5): Perfect for our needs and our spoilt fur baby -
- Tegan (9/5): Fabulous! - Great place for a relaxing get away with our dog. The dog rates the cottage 10/10!
I’ll stay for longer next time.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - We were expecting a pretty straightforward cottage and noted that the photographs showed that there was an established garden. That didn’t prepare us for how peaceful and serene the property was, with an extensive garden and a lovely outside dining area. The property itself was very cosy and and came with practically every convenience we could ever need (there was even a stand mixer). The beds were extremely comfortable, and with the quiet surrounds we could have happily slept in every day (except that the kiddies were excited to go to the beach). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to return at some stage in the future.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb - Loved the quietness in a coastal location in summer
- Geof (9/5): excellent - tranquility the BBQ was a bite old
- Kylie (9/5): Dog friendly accommodation - Peaceful and relaxing setting and only a 5min walk to a beach for the dog to have a swim. Would’ve loved to stay a little longer but first time visiting the area and definitely will be heading back.
- Carey (9/5): Superb - It was quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The wifi was not very reliable.
- Karen (9/5): Fantastic, relaxing with great outdoor space 😎 - We had a lovely time at Little Port Cottage. The cottage has lots of charm and a beautiful garden. Great for families with children but equally fantastic for couples to just relax. It’s close to the beach and town. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you nothing
- Roberts (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Shane (7/5): Comfortable and good location - it was homey, comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and instructions were great The wifi was terrible, it wouldn’t even connect at all. We did expect the wifi to at least connect to our device
- Jess (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Carolyn (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (7/5): we had a great time - it was very clean and great value the thing we didn’t like was you had to walk through the bathroom to go to the toilet
- Cassie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Belinda (10/5): excellent - great location felt like a real Cousy country cottage
- Sheree (9/5): House was perfect for our family of growing boys and puppy. - Lovely garden, secure for dog, simple but well appointed place.
- Paul (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - Excellent location and very comfortable. Nothing.
- Allison (8/5): Very good - Perfect all round ♥️
- Nicole (8/5): A lovely and relaxing stay. -
- Rachael (10/5): Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Little Port Cottage. - The property was equipped with everything that we could possibly need. The instructions given by the hosts prior to check-in were clear and detailed. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and has such a homely feel. The garden has such a zen feel to it and is so amazing to sit outside and relax. Love that the property is fenced all around; our pooch was able to enjoy the whole property so it was perfect for him. The mattress would need updating soon.
