• Jasmine (4/5): Needs a good clean & alot of maintenance. - Garage was needed for our purposes & location was close enough to our event. Filthy. Beds very uncomfortable. Internal stair case is rickety. I wouldn’t lean on the balcony balustrades either as they don’t feel solid either. Half a roll of toilet paper. Small, single bar of soap. A shirt fell out of suitcase & hit the floor, then couldn’t be worn as it was filthy.
• Tanya (10/5): Home was perfect - Property suited our family needs Blind in Main Bedroom needs to be replaced .. Main bedroom is very light with broken blind it attracts the early morning sun e.g: sunrise . Apart from that the home was perfect Absolutely nothing to complain about, lovely cabin style home, plenty of room for everyone.. Great Air Con...and fans in bedrooms, great large kitchen. would like to see a gate at the top of the steps for little ones...
• Jeanette (7/5): It could be a great place, but it needs some work. - The kitchen and deck areas were great, the backyard was beautiful and full of birds and native bees and it was a short walk down to the beach and town. I assume no one had been there for a while as the floors and outdoor chairs were dirty and previous tenants hadn’t cleaned the barbecue. The inside floors were also dirty and there was a lot of dust under the beds. There was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, but the water seemed to come through the wall, so turning off taps didn’t help.

• Sevak (10/5): - Very spacious and well equipped home. Ideal location which is only close to the bluff and an easy walk to town. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean.....ish. Really wished we were able to spend more time so we could utilise it properly. You could totally use this for a week plus and not trip over a family of six! Microwave needs a deep clean.

• Bianca (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good The driveway was really bad hard to pull in and out. The bed in main bedroom was really bad the mattress was not good could not sleep in it. Very poor lighting. No toiletpaper left there Dish cloths were disgusting and smelt Shower was not clean properly Left 3 days early

• Bronwyn (6/5): The stay was nice, a home away from home. - The deck outside was nice to sit and relax. The Real Estate agent provided keys for property outside business hours as arrival to the property was at 4pm. She made it quite easy and stress less. Parking was easy at the property and the proximity to the beach and shops. The fences were quite low and not dog proof. Dogs would easily jump over & escape. Had to have dogs tied up outside. The 4th room that was advertised wasn't available/accessible. We booked the property because it had 4 rooms but we weren't able to use it & there were 4 of us. Had we had known of the above we would have booked a different property to be more dog friendly & dog proof and accommodating.
• Moira (5/5): Great staff at Real Estate but would not book this property again. - Staff at the Real Estate were so helpful, even coming to the property to tune the TV. Property had dirty floors and there was absolutely nothing there not even dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The upstairs couch was so uncomfortable and was actually an outdoor setting. Very disappointing as this was a special occasion getaway.
• Meredith (3/5): The only good thing about this property was the location. - The location was the only good thing about this property The beds were very uncomfortable, sqeaky, old, stained and had hair on some of them. We booked the property originally cause we were going to bring the family dog, lucky we didn't because inside was a sign saying no pets allowed indoors - that would not have worked for our dog. The couches and cushions were very uncomfortable and dirty No bin liners to start with The toilet didn't flush properly One small mirror upstairs in the bathroom Kids tried to use the ping pong table - that was a joke The right side of the staircase bannister was quite wobbly
