- Louise (7/5): - Great property and location I have never paid to make my own bed before. $15pp added to the price. Very disappointed in this as it didn’t feel like a holiday. Not good communication either as there wasn’t an updated confirmation email of how to check in etc.

- Pamela (10/5): Happy, relaxing, child friendly and fun. - Family friendly, the backyard is lovely with the reserve to walk and watch birds. The house has everything anyone may need, coffee pod machine, air fryer and all the usual appliances, books, movies and comfortable seating, beds we’re comfortable also, we were all very happy and look forward to booking Bomburra again in the future. Lack of power points which is expected with an older house, I would have taken double adapters but that is the only issue, otherwise very happy. Oh possibly plastic cups for children.

- Catherine (10/5): Wonderfully relaxing - Location was close to everything, there were games, movies, books etc TV inside and out. A bag of firewood was supplied if we seen fit which was lovely.
- Cathrina (9/5): Superb - The pool has black mould on the walls The pool pump started at 7am outside the bedroom windows and went ALL day The vacuum cleaner tubing is broken and couldn't be used The broom handle was snapped off and couldn't be used properly The bbq was soooo dirty with Grease it caught on fire so we had to clean it The air-conditioning filters were sooo dirty we had to wash them for the air-conditioning unit to work efficiently

- Daniel (6/5): Great potential to be a pleasant stay, but the cleanliness made it hard to enjoy. - Pool and outdoor area was great. Short walk to sports club, short drive to beach and shops. Very dirty on arrival. Fans had centimetres of built up dust on them, kitchen cupboards full of crumbs. No air con in rooms made it difficult to sleep, especially with the broken fly screens making it impossible to leave the windows open at night. The pool water wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been.

- Villis (1/5): Bad - Not a lot A pool that was so green you couldn't see the pool filter and full of mould, unable to use which was the main reason we choose this house. Mattress on bed had large stain covered by 2 mattress covers, no remote for DVD player so couldn't use, left a day earlier due to this. No offer of compensation, we aren't wealthy and this was so disappointing because we had looked forward to this holiday

The area was very close to - We enjoyed the entertainment area and the pool and and was close to all the facilities that we needed. The family enjoyed also having a TV outside whilst playing pool was very handy as well. The height of the shower was quite low, there was a lack of storage for food as for cupboard food. The first bedroom door did not close properly.

- Amy (7/5): Great for kids - I loved how big the house was and great backyard facilities. The bathroom and kitchen need an update. The shower door didn't close properly. The shower head wasn't good. The kitchen microwave and oven were filthy. Water damage on cabinetry. Water damage on the wood around the pool.

- Tanya (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. We would have given the property 5 out of 5 if the dishwasher and ceiling fan worked and the proper - The property is close to everyone. My family loved the pool and bbq area The inside of property was tidy however, the place was very dusty when we arrived yet the cleaners had just left. The dishwasher didn’t work properly and the fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t do anything since the fins were bent and rusty. The lawns were very overgrown and desperately needed mowing.

Everything needed a good clean and walls really need repainting in smaller room. Very dirty. Fly screens were damaged. Bedside tables in one room and chest of drawers covered in thick dust which I cleaned and I vacuumed first day. Windows dirty. Oven we would not use. Out door area was very dirty with old dust. Needed a good gurney. Overall the words I'd use were dirty and neglected. Old is fine dirty is not. It was not what we paid for. Very disappointed. We were so looking forward to our holiday and it was alot of money for us to outlay but we cut it short as I honestly couldn't handle the dirt and grotty feel.

Had all of the basic items you require in a house. Is in need of a freshen up and some maintenance. Was not in the cleanest of condition when we arrived. No free wifi which is great to be able to switch off.

- Tonya (8/5): I would stay again - Location is great, there are bush tracks right by house including to Cooloola Great Walk Carlo sandblow and only a 10 minute walk to town. Facilities were great, loved the air fryer and that we could take our dog. Plenty of garage room for storing boards and bikes. Highly recommend this place for large groups, we'd stay again. Was surprised by lack of wifi, would prefer attention is drawn to this upfront as you assume everywhere has wifi. The pool table has seen better days and the pool got progressively slightly greener over the week we stayed.

- Paula (7/5): Good - We loved the location. The outdoor area was great, a pity we couldn’t use the pool being winter. The house was tidy and spacious. We loved our stay and will be back 😊 The lamps in the bedrooms were not connected to an output. I have stayed in air bnbs and I think it’s nice to have a small selection of tea, coffee and small milk. I think there could be the essentials like soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
