• Jennifer (6/5): Good once we arrived at the property, but the ID verification process was a nightmare. - New. Clean. Comfortable Complying with ID verification requirements took about 10 hours, which was ridiculous

• Joelle Donnelly (7/5): - Accommodation for larger group. Home was nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Floors were unswept, vents and floor trim were very dusty. Kitchen walls had food splatter. Beds didn't have mattress protectors and the bathroom towels/face clothes were still in the dryer rather than placed in the bathrooms for use.
• John (7/5): Take away the things we didn't like it was a good experience. - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the coded door lock! On a more positive note it was great to have most of the comforts of a home. The DOOR CODE/LOCK was AWFUL. It was compounded by the fact that the discription had us thinking we were to go in the front door rather than the side door. I texted the host and got a message to the effect that they were not answering because they were helping someone else ; but they would get to us ...thank you for your patience. They never contacted me. Because John (who was in Lethbridge and we were in Pincher Creek) was the person who rented the B&B he was getting code changes and sending them on to us. After 3/4 hour we noticed the "B" on the door we went to the side door"A" and opened it with the most recent code (at least I think it was the most recent....hard to say as we went though a few). When we left later that evening we could not lock the door and had to leave it unlocked to get to the workshop on time. The door consistently required multiple attempts before locking or unlocking. It even didn't lock manually from the inside because the dead bolt was not alligned with the hole and we had to push on the door. The kitchen wasn't clean enough. Several dirty cups and a plate in the cupboard. Microwave splattered with food. Food stains on both sides of the table runner. Dirty dishcolth. Food spills in the fridge. No napkins or paper towels. Old caked on food around the inside handle attachments in one cooking pot....YUCK! Crumbs and dirt on the livingroom carpet. No body wash in either bathroom.

Rooms were good size. It was in a quiet neighbourhood which was perfect. Great value for money. Awesome stay. Nomadic staff was quick to respond to any questions that we had. No AC
