A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that the reception opening hours are as follows: 09:00-15:00 Monday to Friday If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Late check-out may be available, subject to availability, for an additional charge. 12:00 late check-out is an additional AUD 50. 14:00 late check-out is an additional AUD 115. Please note that bed linen is not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own. Linen hire is an additional charge of AUD 50 per bed or both linen hire and bed-making is an additional charge of AUD 75 per bed, payable at time of booking. Please note that pets can be accommodated on request, for an additional charge of AUD 33.
