• Raya (6/5): שהייה לא מסבירת פנים - בבית יש חלונות גדולים שמשקיפים על נוף יפה. בבית יש קאמין גז שמחמם הייטב את הבית. לבית צמודה גינת ירקות של בעלי הבית והילדים הקטנים נהנו לחקור את הירקות. הגענו אחרי טיסה ארוכה. עם שני ילדים קטנים בני 4 ו-5. התקשינו לאתר את מיקום הבית בגוגל מפס. לא קיבלנו תגובה לפנייה שלנו לבעלי הבית עם בקשה לשלוח לנו הוראות הגעה מדוייקות. הגענו לבית שבו לא חיכה לנו אפילו בקבוק מים קרים. גם לא דברים בסיסיים של אירוח כמו תה, קפה, סוכר. זה היה מאכזב. היה ריח חריף של ביוב בשירותים שנמשך כל ימי שהותנו. בבבית אין פינת אוכל ראויה. האכילה נעשית על שולחן סלון נמוך. במהלך השהייה דלת השירותים נתקעה ולא הצלחנו להכנס לשירותים. בעלי הבית לא הגיבו להודעה בבוקינג שנשלחה אליהם בבקשה לעזרה. ירדנו לבית שלהם ודפקנו על הדלת לבקש עזרה וגם שם לא היה מענה. למזלנו הדלת בסוף נפתחה לבד. אחרי שעזבנו בעלי הדירה עוד העזו להאשים אותנו ששברנו להם את הדלת. בנוסף, בעלי הדירה האשימו אותנו שלכלכנו להם את המרצפות בחצר ועקרנו להם עצים. הסברנו שהילדים הקטנים שיחקו בגינה ולכלכו את המרצפות בבוץ ואנחנו דאגנו לשטוף אותם לפני שעזבנו. כמובן, הילדים לא עקרו שום עצים. בסה״כ קטפו עגבניה ופלפל. לקח לבעלת הדירה 8 שעות להגיב לבקשה שלנו לקבל ססמא לווייפיי. הוויי פיי בחדרים לא עבד. בעלת הדירה לא דוברת אנגלית אך עושה מאמצים לתקשר בגוגל טרנסלייט. מן הראוי להשאיר הוראות ברורות בכתב או להסביר בעת הצ׳ק אין איך מפעילים את הדוד, איך מפעילים את תנור הגז ואת הכיריים החשמליים (לציין שיש שתי כירות בלבד והדבר האט את תהליך הכנת האוכל).
• Aleksandar (8/5): Хареса ни изключително много, бихме посетили отново! - Цена - качество 10/10 Хазяите ни посрешнаха любезно през цялото време бяха отзивчиви. Леглата са удобни има и налично походно легло, като при желание може да се ползват и олекотени завивки. Доста чисто, бойлера стига предостатъчно за над 5 човека. Имаше налични както кърпи за ръце така и за бяна. В кухнята намерихме всичко налично според нашите нужди за готвене. Наличен WiFi. Абсорбатора не работеше.

• Beki Q (9/5): - Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy. Wygodne pokoje. Duży salon. Maluteńki kosz na śmieci. Brak kotary pod prysznicem, a łazienka malutka więc woda była wszędzie. Domek w ogródku u gospodarza, za oknami sąsiedzi, grządki.
• Matúš (10/5): - Nice and cozy accommodation, which was situated in silent area and was very well equipped. Highly recommend this accommodation if you are going to stay in Sapareva Banya for a hike or spa.
• Jill (10/5): Pleasant and quiet - A lovely house located in the quiet backyard of a private home. We liked the two bedrooms and full kitchen. The bathroom was small but adequate. The WiFi worked well. The address was rather hard to find. Find the Pizza Rado restaurant then go up the hill on the other side of the road and turn right. The kitchen was nice but there were no kitchen towels or paper towels. The beds were firm. The location is good for visiting Rila Lakes.
• Mick (9/5): A cosy cabin in a nice location. - I highly recommend this cabin It was a fantastic place to stay for a few days. The facilities were good and it even had a coffee maker. The village centre is a only short walk away. The single beds in the small room could have been comfier. However, the double bed was fine.

• Silviya (9/5): Superb - Very calm area, friendly owners and we had everything we needed! It was very clean and comfortable for the kids also. The location of the property is also perfect for families with kids - close to everywhere! There were no small towells but it is not a problem at all.

• Lili (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very clean, comfortable and it has everything you need. The host is happy to help anytime. Great location to visit Rila's lakes and Rilski Manastir. Swimming pool with hot mineral water is just a 5min walk. We had a great family stay would definitely return as it is so quiet and relaxing.
