- Smart (1/5): Too bad. - Not clean ground floor, not managed green and grass, so many rust, unable to use BBQ, dish washing machine, refrigerator, cloths washing machine did not work. Only location is good. Not proper for holiday and rent. I am curious whether Booking.com has checked each properties.
- Suzie (8/5): Great location in a beautiful part of the world. - Location awesome right across road from water. It wasn’t very cosy, but this may have been because it was the middle of winter. floors felt a bit dirty esp in the bathroom
- Kay (6/5): Could be a great place. Shame the property management lets tenants down - Close to beach, quite area Could not contact the property management when toilet blocked. Ended up having no facilities for over 16 hours…they provide an emergency number to call but it does not connect through….had to wait until 10am the next day for the phone to be answered….very poor when toilet backed up (due to tree roots nothing we did) at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon.
Mould on curtains, doors and windows. Hair and dirt all around edges/under beds etc.
- Monique (8/5): Relaxed, comfortable, good value getaway, in a stunning location - Very well appointed, with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of outdoor furniture to use. The views from the balcony are lovely. The birdlife is amazing. Our dog loved the enclosed dog area - he didn't want to leave :) Could have been cleaner, a few quite grimy areas. We liked having a pizza oven to use but the pizza stone was broken so it was difficult to use. It was a shame that dogs weren't allowed on beach/reserve/lagoon area - understandable due to the birds, but would've been good to know in advance.

- Anonymous (7/5): Relaxing but expensive. - Pet friendly, vintage beach house vibes with a modern twist. Property was fine but I don’t use booking.com to receive AirBNB service. Paid for the stay up front, only to be asked to provide more private details, a copy of my license and a $500 security deposit that takes 10 working days to be sent back.
Lovely stay but will be avoiding these properties now that I know they’re on the site.
