- Josie (6/5): Unfortunately not value for money for the cost. When I gave feedback to property managers they were quite rude. I chose - Outdoor alfresco area, view, spacious and well equipped Property needs a very thorough cleaning and maintenance not just superficial cleans. Lots of dust, grimy windows and floors. Fridge had a very fishy smell.

Property was not up to our standards of cleanliness,floors were not clean.Back bedroom door and window unlocked on arrival.front porch lights were not working at night.We chose this property for the five bedrooms,but feel it was quite expensive.The extravagant bond was charged to our credit card ten days prior to our arrival.

- Michelle (8/5): Comfortable place to stay with a larger group. - The layout of the house is great for a group, or a couple of families to comfortably stay and have your own privacy. Nice sunset if you go for a short walk down the back. Also had a couple of visits from the local kookaburra’s and rainbow lorikeets. The upkeep of the property could be improved. Lots of cobwebs on the outdoor ceilings and some indoor also, and bathroom fans are in need of a good clean. Some lights were flickering, and one of the bathroom floors appeared still dirty. For the amount we paid we expected better. Also the bond was extremely high and unnecessary.

Fully equipped kitchen with all basic cooking utensils provided. Nice quiet neighborhood. A small local beach with calm waves just 400 meters away. 15 mins drive to the CBD where most restaurants are but there’s a good fish and chips place nearby.
