Guest Reviews
- Maliheh (2/5): Not good because during four night stay there is no hot water to have a bath with - The location No hot water at all to have a bath
- Pardeep (8/5): -
- Alan (7/5): -
- Jo (6/5): Basic house with basic amenities - Close proximity to the shops. Two toilets. Not enough seating for the number of people staying.
Small bin and no additional bin liners.
Better understanding of the extra mattresses as they were just gym style mats.
Some of the linen had stains.
- Van (9/5): Superb -
- Roland (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicki (5/5): Very disappointing, considering the price paid $507 per night and yes, we realized it is high season - Location was great, main reason we selected the property
Layout of house suited our family.
Great garage and parking.
Great BBQ Very dirty floor mat
Torn curtains
2 couches not comfortable, need to be replaced.
Very thin towells, one was torn
No spare towells, 4 people staying for 7 nights
Small amount of detergent provided for 7 night stay
Could have provided more toilet paper
Dishwasher bottom tray missing rollers
No mop provided
Kitchen drawers and cupboards need cleaning out, looks like stocked with items from op shops
- Aimee (8/5): We had a wonderful stay - Great location and nice open plan layout perfect for families.
- Carol (9/5): most enjoyable - More info re the hot water as the gas was empty for the whole complex but we didnt find this out till the next day after a couple of calls which didnt get answered. put info on the fridge? There was a leak inside the main bathroom and the hose on the BBQ needs replacing.
- Mary (2/5): company was good- facility leaves a bit to be desired - having the large dining table and kit was good.
location also good the Facility was freezing cold on arrival, no toilet paper and one split airconditioner not operating. we had to go and buy the toilet paper and batteries - as we also purchased hot water bottles as there were no electric blankets. Estate agent still not responding to emails re reimbursement . wouldn't bother with place
- Wai (9/5): Superb - There are not enough shower gels/shampoo
- Pam (9/5): Superb -
- Lyn (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Fantastic - Great location walking distance to everything, nicely appointed, clean and comfortable would definitely stay again Key lock was difficult to put away due to its size was the only issue I have when leaving
- Bliu (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. Close to everything and only 7 min walk to the beach via the bridge. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and the living room has room for my group of 5. Everything was great.
- Gaya (10/5): Enjoyed to the max.. - extremely beautiful and clean. nothing really..
- Min (7/5): Excellent location, within walking distance to the beach and shops, facilities are wonderful. - Good location Bed sheets of a single bed seemed not been changed, my kid complained of bed sheets were smelly and stinky.
- Philippa (9/5): Great location in a lovely spacious home. - The house was larger than it looks in the photos. It was well set up with plenty of kitchen equipment for us to cook with and a BBQ.
Fans/air-conditioning in bedroom was appreciated.
The private locked garage was a great addition for us to park both cars.
Overall we have a lovely stay and would recommend to any groups/families visiting Lakes Entrance. The futon couch in the lounge was quite uncomfortable to sit on and we could have done with one more couch for the 6 of us.
- Vijay (8/5): Value for money stay - spacious, value for money, great location, double garage Bathroom doorknob was broken, place needs more maintenance and cleaning
- Shirley (8/5): Very good -
