- Nerida (7/5): Good - The position in town was fabulous. It felt like we were in the country, but we were so close to town. It was fantastic having a bathroom for each bedroom. The multi living rooms enabled us to spread out as well. The kitchen was very well appointed. Overall, the property was just what we wanted, just a bit cold for a 91 year old mother when 1/2 the house was not heated. I understand that it was not the owners fault. Waiting on a air con part. The fact that the ducted air con to kitchen, main kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms was not working in winter. The fire was very difficult to keep going as the wood was wet. The owners did put extra heaters in. the cold rooms, but this caused the power points to blow.
