- Lucinda (4/5): Disappointing - Bed was comfy. Easy instructions on how to check-in. Situated in a quiet farm with nice sunsets. House isn’t sealed, so bugs (including mosquitoes) continuously come in at night. Dead, squashed bugs all over the blinds and in the windowsills. C02 alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to sleep with the windows open. It was freezing and I was genuinely scared. Compost toilet needs to be more explicitly mentioned in the listing as I didn’t know. Not value for money.

- Melissa (8/5): Really nice place to relax - It was so quiet and cosy. The property was fine, we didn’t realise there was no reception and we have young children who were being babysat so we were a little worried.
Not an issue with the property at all.
- Riannan (10/5): great little spot would recommend, especially if your just wanting a peaceful night away - nice get away for some personal time as there is no reception on the property. we did have some flys come in at night but they provide bug spray so this wasn’t an issue for long

- Kaitlyn (7/5): A very small and simple tiny house but was cozy and clean. We enjoyed our one night stay! - The tiny house was very cozy and clean, and had everything we needed for one night. The couch and chairs provided were not very comfy.

- Glory (10/5): We had a lovely stay @perch house’ it was our favourite stay experience so far, can wait to come back to this place. - The peacefulness, sorroundings and the cleanliness of the property. There is nothing about we don’t like about the property.
- Gaavy (5/5): Passable - Surroundings. Not good in maintenance room temperature and no internet service. My phone was almost without service for whole night.

Great communication and clean and tidy place.
Would love stay again. Nothing. Very happy.
- Grace (7/5): Nice experience but one night is enough - Barney the dog was the highlight for the stay. He ate our roast chicken and slept on our bed lol (of course we gladly let him) Too small if you have luggage. No space to bring in any luggage
- Carine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katy (10/5): Our first tiny home experience - Loved experiencing tiny living home for the first time. Jesse was a great and welcoming host who made it very easy to check in and out with very useful directions to find the location.
Also had the beautiful dog come and say hi 😀 Location a bit tricky to get into, especially in the dark with minimal street lights available. Would highly recommend to try and get there on check in time for enough daylight to understand area better
- Ruth (7/5): homely - The location was great, very quiet and tranquil. The interior of the house was very clean and organised and felt homely. The kitchen wasn't clean in terms of stove, pans and pots to cook with. It was very dirty and scratch everywhere which made us unable to cook anything.
- Vivian (9/5): Great mini getaway trip - Very cosy and cute, in front of the property was a little farm with cute sheep, which is very nice the compost toilet is something i'm not used to
- Yong (10/5): Exceptional -

- Vivian (9/5): Superb -
- Jasna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Very good - Tranquility and scenery. Love how you can have a fire pit Other than the fact, I felt a little disconnected as there is no Wi Fi.
- Scott (9/5): Superb -
- Pamela (4/5): Thank goodness we only had to stay one night. - Very clean, modern The key code sent to me was incorrect. Stairs were very steep and very narrow and dangerous, open side with no rail had a 2.5 metre drop. Not suitable at all for elderly people. Mezzanine bed ceiling so low you could not sit up and had to crawl across it. Downstairs bed, was hard lumpy with unprotected wooden struts, impossible to sleep on. If someone walked downstairs in the night, the whole trailer shook waking people on mezzanine bed.
- Simon (7/5): Good - Lovely location, very quiet. Excellent communication with host.
- Maleena (10/5): Perfect Location and Extremely Comfortable - We loved how secluded it was, had a beautiful fire and a few drinks. Great night away.

cosy tiny accomodation
interesting concept Porr internet connection and no TV.
While it is nice to stay for a night, but more than 1 night can be a little boring.
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Nadine (7/5): great location, not too bad value of money. cute cozy and comfortable. - great location, cute cabin which was well maintained and overall a comfortable stay 1). Sadly no wifi because my mobile data was not working in the location either.
2). Too many insects at night. Kept us awake even though all the doors and windows were shut at all times.
3). The waterless toilet which was good for the environment however it smelled the small house up each time we used the toilet and the smell lingered on. Would have preferred a normal toilet with flush.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Naomi (9/5): great Tiny Home stay on a big property with kookaburras to wake you up in the morning. everything you need for a weekend -
- Maicol (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lily (8/5): Very good -
- Stefanie (9/5): amazing - location, facilities & the host was very hospitable nothing! everything was great
- Carmel (7/5): we enjoyed our stay and think the tiny house concept is great. - the property was fun to be in and the compost toilet didn’t smell, which was our main concern. the perch was clean and well presented. the shower worked really well and the place heated up quickly. we were dissatisfied with the quality and condition of the pots and pans. they were unusable. we were hoping to cook our own breakfast. all other utensils were great. the main bed and sheets and bath towels were clean but the blankets had a few stains and were a bit dusty. the hooks in the bathroom were attached with double sided tape and a couple fell off when hanging towels. the front door key did not lock from the outside, but we were able to lock the door from the inside only. the fold out bed downstairs was very uncomfortable for the price. we also had ants in the kitchen area.
- Brittany (10/5): Fantastic experience, wonderful hosts! - Very quiet and relaxing, great for some R & R! no phone reception.
- Kristyn (8/5): If you are looking for something different stay at The Perch - so relaxing, - The owner came out to greet us on arrive and explain facilities of the property. Barney the gorgeous dog also made us feel very at home Would have like some more kindling for the fire pit
