  This air-conditioned house features an outdoor deck with lovely ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa bath. It offers a dining area and two lounge areas, one with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. It has laundry facilities and an outdoor dining area complete with a BBQ. The bathroom includes a spa bath, a shower and a hairdryer. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 8 (see Hotel Policies). For bookings of 6 or less guests the downstairs room, which has a queen-sized bed and an en suite will not be unlocked unless arranged prior to your stay, as there are sufficient beds upstairs for 6 guests. The property can unlock this room, however, they need to be informed, prior to arrival, as the owners do not live on-site. If this is not arranged, prior to arrival, the property cannot guarantee that this room can be opened. Please advise the property of the number of guests staying in each room. Our family of five felt instantly at home—there were plenty of rooms for everyone, and the cozy atmosphere made us wish it were our own. Out of all the places we stayed during our trip, this was by far the best. The owner was also very responsive to our messages, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended! the entrance involves a curvy slope that's a bit challenging to drive on, especially if you're arriving at night or in a larger vehicle. But once you're in, it's totally worth it!

One towel- to wash and dry daily- difficult. Not enough toilet rolls, detergent, t-towel for the number of days.

Would stay again - There were 2 living rooms, one with a TV and one without, so if you wanted to have a chit chat, you had the option to be separate from the living room with the TV. There was ample room inside and out. No-one was sitting on top of each other. Plenty of room on the property for parking. The home was surrounded by trees which gave you the privacy you needed. If you want a nice quiet area, this is where you should go. If i had to pick something it would only be to have more milk as we only had one small little carton for 7 people. Nothing else to pick on :-)
