Spotlessly clean including windows. Lots of extra things there like spices and herbs, pantry items and alfoil etc. Steve is a brilliant host and very good at communicating. Really great stay! • Donna (10/5): Welcoming, spacious, clean and value for money. - The location was perfect for getting to and from the The Bend Motorsport Park. Only 8 mins away. The property itself was practice for a group and had a lovely view to ensure a relaxing atmosphere. Facilities were clean and easy to use with labels/notes/instructions left around the place which was very helpful. Entry and exit instructions were clear and Steve was excellent with his communication prior to and after the stay. The property has everything you can think of and we look forward to returning next year Beds are very firm, a mattress topper would be amazing.

Right on riverfront so you won't be disappointed as you watch birdlife and wildlife nearby. Not much not to like. Everything was as it should be. Very spacious but when is that ever a problem/

• Jon (9/5): We had a fabulous two nights and are already wondering when we can get back there next. - loved it.... great spot, lovely house, everything thought of and provided. waking up to that view is utterly magic. hardly anything could bebbetter.... no wifi or smart TV but maybe that was a blessing.......!

• Mary (5/5): Possibility - Location to Tailem Bend and beautiful surroundings. The muck around with costing after booking the house for a price. How rudely I was spoken to by the owner made for an anxious stay for us and our friends riding all the way from Dandenong, Victoria. .

• Adam (10/5): Great spot, fantastic host, perfect for a couple or family or a group of mates - Fantastic stay, we didn't want to leave. Great location and so peaceful, we barely heard a car during our whole stay, sitting by the fire looking out over the river was fantastic, being able to launch my kayak from the property and the view from inside was great. There was just so much within the house if we needed something from the kitchen it was there, the shed had some good activities such as cricket equipment, table tennis, darts and more. As it was on rainwater the water pressure reflected that, the 1st bed we tried wasn't to our liking but we slept on a different mattress the next night and that was good.
• Thomas (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. - Fantastic location directly by the river, great views, binoculars provided to watch the resident kite and other wild-live up close, super-quiet, Bend Motorsport Park nearby, house suitable for couple as well as larger group, Steve the host had a lots of information and is very friendly, we could check in earlier and check out later without any problems.
