• nicole (10/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub an den Niagara Fällen - Süßes Häuschen in guter Gegend, 25min zu Fuß zu den Niagara Fällen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Auch wenn wir die Küche nicht genutzt haben, wäre alles da gewesen. Betten waren bequem und ausreichend Handtücher und extra Decken vorhanden. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt.

• Luisa (9/5): Calmo e tranquilo, mas é preciso ter carro - O acesso simples à casa com uso de senha, garagem que coube dois veículos com tranquilidade, a casa estava limpa e dispõe de todos os utensílios e equipamentos necessários. Adoramos nossa estadia nesse local. O bairro parece calmo e tranquilo, apesar de não poder garantir isso porque só passamos dois dias. Algo que chamou nossa atenção foi a presença de muitas abelhas, acreditamos ser algo da época ou da região.
• Kees (9/5): Perfect - Een heel huis voor je zelf met een eigen tuin en parking. Wat een luxe. Alles is aanwezig en in redelijke tot goede staat. Rustige buurt en redelijk centraal gelegen.
• Peter (10/5): Definitely one of the best house rentals we have ever experienced. - This rental offered excellent value for several reasons. The location was perfect. Just steps away from the Niagara River, and a five-minute drive to Clifton Hill. It is situated on a cul-de-sac in the older part of Niagara. A short, quiet street with friendly neighbours (the ones we saw, at least). No issues with noise or traffic. The house was spotless, well-provisioned, and our host was attentive and available if needed. I do not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone, and I am sure we will be back in the future.

Comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you need, laundry room, 2 bathrooms with shower. Cozy veranda. Nothing to complain about.

• AKIKO (10/5): ナイアガラの素敵なおうち滞在 - メガバスのターミナルから降りてすぐだったので便利だった。お部屋は写真通りでかわいく掃除も行き届いていて、入った瞬間テンションが上がった。２階建てのおうちで広々していてくつろげた。旅行当日までと、チェックイン後もいろいろ質問させてもらったが、すべてにすぐに答えて頂けて助かった。教えてもらったスーパーで買い物をし（お肉・魚・野菜）キッチンで料理し、最後の夜は室内で豪華夕食を食べることができ、住んでいるみたいな感覚で過ごせた。

I have stayed in many B&Bs and I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is probably the best most comfortable most welcoming one at a wonderful price point

• Elizabeth (10/5): This was the perfect vacation spot in Niagara Falls. - The location was perfect, only a couple minutes drive to the falls. The neighborhood was quiet and no traffic. The house was immaculate. We loved coming back after a day of activities and being able to relax. The kids loved the tree swing outside most of all.

The house was gorgeous and provided us with the perfect space to relax. I would stay here again especially when traveling with a group. Everything was clean and check in was easy. Everything was great. I wouldn't change anything.

• Ramadam (10/5): If you're looking for a place with the bar set high, this is it. Truly recommended!!! - The house is just a few minutes by car to the falls, but it is secluded enough for those who like quietness. It was clean, tidy, well supplied, and had all we needed in terms of appliances, kitchenware, towels, pillows, bed sheet, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were courtesy water bottles in fridge, ice ready in the freezer, and coffee available. The host was very responsive and kind. We felt like arriving in our own home away from home. There was nothing we did not like. The only comment is on the last day of our stay, before we left the house, we were having our last meal and looked for salt and pepper (we forgot to bring our own) and couldn't find any. If there was any I'd recommend making it more accessible. We didn't bother to contact the host because as I said, we were on our way out already.

The house was equipped with absolutely everything! I brought way too many things that I didn't need, lol. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. • Amanda (9/5): A comfortable, welcoming home in an awesome location at a great price point! - The house was very clean, kitchen well equipped, and the outdoor areas a bonus. The location of this property is excellent for walking along the river, visiting the Falls and for heading up to Niagara on the Lake. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure. The host communicated in a timely and effective manner. The A/C took a while to cool the upstairs down but there was a ceiling fan in one bedroom and two floor fans provided which helped. The stairs going to the upper floor where both bedrooms are located were extremely narrow and difficult to navigate, especially when carrying luggage upstairs and back downstairs. You will definitely want to hold the handrail and take it slowly.
• Karen (9/5): Overall great - some constructive criticism ... - The house is a charming old house. There were a lot of updates that we liked. The location was pretty good (we used the WEGO and there was a stop not too far away). We were pleased that they left a few bottles of water for us. Oh, and my daughter was thrilled that they had Disney+. Lots of towels! The washer and the dryer were relatively new. Only minimal communication with the owner/manager. They need a book with instructions (where are the spices, what needs to be done before guests leave) and suggestions (good restaurants, closest grocery store, hospital ....) Definitely need coasters for drinks. My modest daughter noticed that the main/upstairs bathroom didn't have window coverings. If you look at just the right (wrong?) angle, someone from next door could see in from an upstairs window. She was very upset about this. The washing machine was pretty musty - we left it open and it seemed to help.
