- Jessica (10/5): -
- Margaret (10/5): Super hosts and super experience - The house and location were great for wildlife. Lots of reading material, games and wildlife guides in the house. The host Jason was exceptional in sharing his knowledge and giving advice on where to explore. A super experience for our extended family that we will treasure. No complaints!
- Conearc (10/5): A peaceful nature retreat with Jason's unforgettable hospitality - We had an amazing stay at Gulkula 2 Retreat — a stunning wooden house surrounded by nature, yet equipped with all the comforts you need. What truly made the experience special was Jason’s incredible hospitality. He shared his vast knowledge of local wildlife, showed us how to make a fire, pointed out the best nearby spots to visit, and even treated us to some delicious Tasmanian cheese. We saw the Milky Way, alpacas, wallabies, and pademelons — all from right outside the house. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with nature in a warm, welcoming setting.

- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Just a beautiful place to be. The lodge is like a big comfortable art gallery. Fantastic. Nothing. We love nature and the whole peninsula is just beautiful.
- Colette (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location, quiet.Close to Cygnet for shops,cafes.
Great friendly owners, lots information available about wildlife. Wouldn't say we didn't like anything. The bathrooms being down stairs only was different and only one toilet inside but nothing that we didn't work around.

- Yukun (10/5): Jason and Tracy are excellent hosts. Jason even mowed a cricket pitch for the kids. - We loved everything. The property itself is considered as a small national park. There are so many things to see and experience even without leaving the property. Jason and Tracy greeted us every day, and ensured we got everything we need. Kids really enjoyed chatting with Jason every morning.
- Kent (10/5): Great fun - Feeding the alpacas was great fun. They were very friendly. Watching wildlife at night with the night vision gear was a treat.
- Angela (10/5): A family memory - Very generous, helpful and friendly host - could not have been better. Jason was so good at communicating with us to arrange our stay and ensuring our stay was enjoyable and interesting. We loved the accommodation and the location - a privilege and pleasure to stay there. The house was so warm and comfortable with many amenities. Very well equipped. A very special place to stay. We won't forget it. All was great - exceptional.
