• Diane (7/5): We had a good time despite the above mentioned issues. - there was no breakfast, this was not a B&B' The setting was beautiful, right on the ocean. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 6 easily. The house needs a good cleaning and the yard needs a lot of trimming. The stove hot surface light was on all the time and we had a problem with the oven door locking on it's own.
• Pat (10/5): We had a very enjoyable holiday in a lovely and comfortable house in a beautiful setting. - The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable - a great place to relax. It is situated so that each room has beautiful views and vistas. There are multiple outdoor sitting areas (decks) to accommodate every weather condition including rain. The owner was very helpful - meeting us when we got there, describing the house's features, explaining how things worked, and giving us suggestions on places to see and where to eat. The house is the last one on a lane, affording a lot of privacy. At the same time it is very conveniently located to many of the highlights of Nova Scotia e.g. Halifax, Lunenberg, Mahone Bay, Peggy's Cove, etc. It was fun watching how the movement of the tide revealed an isthmus connecting the mainland to the private island that is part of the property as well as the variety of birds that frequent the bay in front of the house. I feel hard pressed to find anything negative to say about the place. A broad sandy beach at the water's edge would have been perfection but the water was certainly accessible. Moreover, there was a broad sandy beach a short 15-20 minute drive away.

• Deborah (10/5): The location was excellent and the panaramic views from the cottage were stunning and relaxing! - C-Scape was a beautiful spacious cottage with incredible views of the picturesque bay from every room. Added bonus was the island you could walk over to when the tide was low. Very private and quiet. The sunrises and sunsets over the water was spectacular! Very well equipt kitchen and all the amenties of home plus more. Barrie was an incredible host and showed us around and made us feel welcome upon our arrival. No complaints at all and will be back.
