Tatiani Cristina de (10/5): Ótimo imóvel. - Casa localizada às margens do Rio da Madre e há poucas quadras do mar, 4 quartos muito bem arejados, cada quarto tem 1 ar condicionado, 1 quarto é uma suíte, tem uma cozinha com churrasqueira externa para facilitar as refeições em família! Obrigada!
José Antônio (5/5): Turista não se aloja na vista. - Imóvel bem localizado. Anfitriões simpáticos. Garagem no senso contrário à via, em ângulo enviesado. Quesito limpeza faltou - limpamos nós, havia baratas mortas pelo chão em mais de uma peça, toda a louça e talheres disponíveis estava suja. Para alugar a turistas, sempre é bom poder acomodar todos (éramos 4) confortavelmente na sala. Detalhes que fazem a diferença: mobília pensada segundo o espaço, equipamento de cozinha, capazes de comportar o número de pessoas ao qual está destinado o imóvel, decoração, cobertas, cabides para pendurar roupas e objetos. Suíte principal com dois ou três incômodos (cama contra a parede, porta do banheiro!, pouco espaço para acomodar roupas). O melhor da casa ficaria no anexo, se a porta que dá para a vista espetacular abrisse. Segundo piso da casa ao deus dará.
