• Alison (10/5): Gorgeous beach house at a great price! - Fantastic location right on the sand, owners Karin and Riann were lovely and communicative, and located just a few doors down at the pousada they run, which was a great benefit. Beautifully decorated and designed and we just loved it. A staff member came to make us breakfast every morning and cleaned and made beds while we were eating. Really my only criticism would be that breakfast was the same every day; we stayed a week so more variety would be welcome.

• Rita (10/5): ESTADÍA EN EL PARAISO - Realmente la casa de Ryann tiene todo y mas para que la estadía sea maravillosa. Estás en la playa, a pasos del mar en un lugar de ensueño. La casa es cómoda, amplia, moderna y decorada con buen gusto. La atención del anfritrión y su staff es increíble y al detalle. Todas las mañanas a la hora preacordada nos preparaban un desayuno super completo que disfrutabamos mirando el mar. A la noche Ryann te avisa que excursiones salen al otro dia. Nos permitieron hacer late check out. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento y ganas de volver. Lo mas parecido al paraíso que vi en mi vida. Nada, todo fue espectacular. Solo pienso en volver.
• jose (10/5): Un superbe séjour - La maison est très bien décorée,soucis du détail très appréciable,très bon emplacement et niveau de confort plus élevé que d habitude a Ilha grande. Les hôtes sont vraiment extrêmement gentils .

• Alain (10/5): Séjour paradisiaque dont nous nous souviendrons très longtemps - Petite maison très confortable et très joliment décorée en léger retrait de la merveilleuse praia vermelha pour profiter en toute tranquillité d'un séjour paradisiaque les pieds dans l'eau. Les petits déjeuners et le service de nettoyage quotidien très appréciable. Les tortues que nous avons systématiquement pu admirer lors de nos baignades La proximité immédiate d'un restaurant malheureusement assez bruyant. Pas de supermarché sur l'île mais est ce vraiment un défaut, d'où des repas uniquement au restaurants avec un choix forcément limité. Mais finalement on s'y fait très bien. Un seul regret nous aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour de trois nuits.

• Li (10/5): Amazing house right on the beach!! - Modern with fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Very spacious and quiet. The breakfast was lovely. Friendly host. We saw turtles everyday, they were feeding on seaweed that was farmed 50m from the beach which was cool... very nice restaurants on the beach with reasonable prices, we enjoyed the fresh fish and ceviche at Pimenta that is 1 min away. We took the flexboat to Angra and arrived on a private boat from Abraao. We had a great stay and will come back!!

• Cande55 (10/5): Would come back in a heartbeat, so glad we stayed here, everything was better than expected! - The house is better than expected, the pictures don't do justice to such a beautiful property. Everything was clean, neat, with this beach-vibe decor! Gorgeous! The host was super kind and attentive, even when there was a power outage in the whole island, he came right away, without us asking, to bring a generator so we would have power. The rental included a person in charge of housekeeping and making us breakfast every morning, totally recommend it!

• Arjen (8/5): Nice place at the beach but less quiet and less view than could be expected - The house is located at a nice beach with a good feel. inside the house is beautiful, spacey and well decorated. We were shown also the other accommodation our hosts had to offer in their own building on the cliff and that looked really lovely. The photos on Booking did not reflect the real situation. After the photos were taken a house was built on the left side. So you are not that much on your own. Further, a generator was placed in front of the house blocking half of the view on the sea. Also the building on the right of the house turned out to be a restaurant and hotel with the kitchen right next to the patio it the house. Therefor there is more noise than expected. We informed the owners who said they would change the photos on the site but this does not appear to have been done yet.
• Rafael (10/5): Exceptional - Karien and Riann have been in contact with us from the moment we have conclude our reservation and were accessible all time, receiving us through their Pousada Vila Mar and guiding us to the house. Perfect breakfast, good variety and flexible time.
