• Gregory (4/5): We’ve stayed at this property several times with the hope the owner would put some care into the property. It needs a de - LOCATION Very dusty, cobwebs everywhere - ceiling, lamps, & furniture. No wood supplied on arrival - was advised by managing agent it was a cost issue. Toilet seat needs repairing. Kept slipping off when seated on the toilet. Kitchen cupboards do not close properly - very old. No water pressure on bathroom vanity sink - can’t shave or brush your teeth!! Only 5 dining chairs supplied for a table of 6. We had 4 friends over for a games night. One of the cheap new dining chairs supplied had a screw & bolt missing - an accident waiting to happen. I have previously experienced 2 of the dining chairs collapsing under me at this property. It’s a shame the owner won’t buy 6 new decent chairs. I think it’s a tax deduction? Cheaper than a lawsuit. We went to vacuum before leaving and the vacuum cleaner bag was overloaded - should this not be checked or replaced by the cleaners post previous tenants vacating? We were provided one tiny dish cloth and cleaning pad for our stay of 6 nights - with x1 rubbish bag?

• Lloyd (9/5): Excellent location and proximity to the beach and local areas - The quiet location, the rustic rammed earth natural look The possums scuttling over the roof every night, It was a novelty the first few nights but did wear off. That said though, it is nice to see and hear animals in a natural setting

• John (10/5): Exceptional - It's cosiness and proximity to the beach. It was clean, and it had a fireplace. It was well equipped with a washing machine and dryer and the little things like salt, pepper, and doggy poop bags. When we arrived, the AC was on making the place warm on a cold day.

• Nadia (8/5): Great location, cozy, comfortable and had everything you need. - We loved it was cozy and had all that you need for a get away. Lots of games, dvds, and a kitchen that had essentials. Finding the property- don’t put Tea Tree or lot 48 in your google maps - it takes you to other houses on the street. We also booked to use both bedrooms, and one of the beds had no linen. 😒

• Crofton (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean, and exceptionally well supplied in the kitchen. Coffee machine, soda machine. Everything needed, was supplied.
• Roy (8/5): We had a great stay. - Comfortable We wasted $100 dollars on premium venison to be destroyed in an oven with no thermometer running dangerously hot. This should be of great concern and health and safety The back door key’s didn’t work. The neighbours kids must know it’s a rental has they were outside the house looking in and later we think they threw stones on the roof. The house is dog friendly but the neighbours have a black dog roaming around.
