Guest Reviews
- Natasha (10/5): - Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
- Toomey (7/5): - The views were amazing and it was a great location. Very quiet and tranquil Silly little things like: the floor in the kitchen area creaked quite loudly. Was somewhat irritating when people would enter the toilet (especially at night). There was a sign in the kitchen saying all dishes needed to be cleaned yet no sponges provided which was again a small thing; and the TV had no free-to-air channels operational. All small little things but did not take away from the overall experience
- Aldo (8/5): -
- Sushmaa (10/5): Very comfortable. - Very convenient.
- Alison (9/5): -
- Warren (8/5): Great - Neat clean and simple very comfortable
- Samantha (8/5): Relaxing & peaceful - The location was great although the entire area needs better trail markers & maps as the reception is really bad. I loved the style, the electric heater and the open plan cottage. The hotplate/oven wasn't easy to use & the shower cubicle was too small.
- Wayne (7/5): Cute little cottage near the springs. - Clean and Cosy little cottage. With a Comfy bed, small kitchenette and a front deck. We enjoyed our stay at Aurora.
- Lucie Werner (10/5): - Nothing
- Lina (8/5): Good location, clean and cozy place to stay. - it was clean and cozy little cottage.
Even though it was December, it was cold so it was good that have a heater there. But we wished to have a small fireplace. light on the bedside wasn’t working, not sure whether it was unplugged or not working.
Also if the light has more mood light or more romantic light it would have been better for the couple
- Anne (10/5): -
- Trudi (9/5): Tranquil recharge - Peaceful, private, tranquil, everything you could need. Nothing
- Ruby (10/5): A lovely little cottage that was relaxing and peaceful. - Excellent location, it felt private and relaxing but was still close to the centre of Hepburn Springs, and Daylesford. The hosts were wonderful and attentive, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again.
- Bronwyn (10/5): I had a very chilled out stay at this cottage. - It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and so cute to see the bunny family in the garden to greet me as I walked up to the front door. It was also nice to receive a message from the host inquiring if I had settled in ok. I also appreciated the extra hour than normal to leave.

- Rebecca (10/5): So peaceful and beautifully presented. Hosts are amazingly accomodating! Would highly recommend -
- Yvonne (4/5): We had stayed in this cottage years ago, and it appears to have been let go. Disappointing. - Good location easy to find. The cottage needs some serious work done to the foundations and floorboards. Very uneven throughout. The bathroom was pretty dirty. Been a while since it has had a serious clean. Pink and black mould on shower. Cobwebs, general dirty marks throughout.
- Trent (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (8/5): Very good -

- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Casey (10/5): Quiet getaway. - Cosy and great view. Nothing. The price is great value for money.
- Stack (5/5): Over priced for the size & space and a 3pm check in and a 11 am checkout unrealistic for a 2 nights - No breakfast available Heater on wall needs reconditioning
Fan heater broke down
No instructions for coffee maker
One light not working
Shower over small bath was inconvenient for stepping over and therefore did not use it.
- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoff (10/5): Great Getaway - Beautiful location overlooking bushland.
The cottage was spotless and well catered for. Wine was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending to all.
Thank you Anthony & Andrew
- Vicki (9/5): enjoyed this break from the coast, cool nights instead of humid warmth. This was just what I was looking for in accommod - lovely studio cottage in private setting and bushland backing out onto road
- Van (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harris (7/5): We always enjoy our time at Daylesford/Hepburn Springs. What is not to like really. - The location in the bush is lovely. Easy access to the cottage is a bonus. The carport is to low for our van, but there is still plenty of room to park without being on the road. There are a few things that I said I would email them about. No need to put it here.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -

Cottage located in a quiet area but still close to shops, cafes, restaurants and nature :) We really enjoyed staying there. Nothing
- David (8/5): We stayed for a couple of nights mid week. We walked, saw some kangas and relaxed. - it's a beautiful part of the world with a fantastic aspect - it rained most of the time and we spent a lot of it looking out on the forest. Also Rubens is a great restaurant! nothing.
- Gurdon10 (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent facilities with all situations covered including supplying a bottle of bubly. Excellent value for money. Lovely cottage and would highly recommend. Nothing.
