• Daniel (9/5): • Schöne Unterkunft und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis - Romano war immer sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hat uns beim Finden eines Parkplatzes geholfen. Er hat uns außerdem Plätzchen geschenkt und uns ein frohes neues Jahr gewünscht. Er ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Das Haus war schön und für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Es lag ca 8min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Mit öffentlichem Verkehr braucht man ca 1h 10min zur Karlsbrücke und mit dem Auto ca 30min. Ein Pluspunkt war aufjeden Fall das Bügeleisen. Generell war die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut. Die Lage war angenehm und ruhig gelegen. Besonders schön war der Garten mit Teich. Das Badezimmer war modern und schön gestaltet. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer und im Badezimmer hat gut funktioniert und es war immer warm. Insgesamt ein hübsches, gut gehaltenes Haus und wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war insgesamt sehr gut. Schade war die Situation mit dem warmen Wasser. Leider kam nicht genug warmes Wasser raus um baden zu können. Man hat aus dem Nebenzimmer Klavierspielen gehört, was uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört hat, im Gegenteil, der Vermieter spielt sehr schön Klavier und wir haben ausschließlich das Klavier gehört, keine Stimmen. Für andere Gäste ist es dennoch wichtig, dies zu wissen. Die Kissen waren sehr weich, daher empfehlen wir empfindlichen Schläfern, gegebenenfalls eigene Kissen mitzubringen.

• Lucie (9/5): Volgende keer zeker weer daar! - Het is een schattig huisje (een ruimte met een sofabed, tweepersoonsbed en een kitchenette en een aparte ruime badkamer) vlakbij het centrum van Dolni Brezany. Op het plein vind je een plek om lekker te ontbijten (Bread Market), een fantastisch sushi restaurant (Sushi Corso), en een lekkere pizzeria (Kaskade). Alles was super, we waren op familiebezoek dus voor ons was dit de perfecte plek.

• Jason (6/5): Good location, many places to improve. - Good location close to the place I want to go. 1. The payment should be stated clear. I have prepaid, but when I contacted the owner, he asked me to prepare large amount of cash in hand to pay for the stay while collecting the key. Then I had to ask the service from booking to help me with this. 2. It's almost impossible to reach the owner via phone, I called a couple of times. He never answered. Even when I was waiting in front of the gate. 3. We agreed to check-in at 17.00. But when I went there, he told me "Just wait a couple of hours, then we do the check in". Because he has a student was coming at that time. So I had to come back again in two hours, then still waited. 4. The electric heaters were making very loud "clicking" sound, one cannot use it while sleeping at all. I had to switch off and cover myself with thick clothes. 5. There is only one big room with kitchen, bed, sofa (bed sofa). So this informaiton should be made clear in booking website.
• Anastasia (8/5): Very clean and comfortable apartment, however the point that we needed to be in such a close and constant message commun - It was very clean and cozy, as well as very comfortable inside the apartment. That so much information needed to be considered prior visiting, that a deposit in euros was required to be provided, though we had paid well in advance the cost of our stay! Additionally we did not like the type of communication followed, in order to provide the deposit, to pre advise if the parking spot is required, which should be taken for granted, as well as the check out time, that we were called and advised by when we need to be out of the apartment, turned out to sound very rude to us!
