• karin (3/5): Look Elsewhere! - Good location Property shows signs of aging with severe TLC required. Some parts really clean & others filthy. Grout in shower recess replaced by black streaks.. blinds in bedroom broken, balustrading outside broken.. friend almost fell.. no AC in 2 bedrooms.. etc. At the price charged I CANNOT recommend this property. Took over 2 hours to gain entry.. 2 codes given didn't work & lock box was jammed. TBF partial refund given.

Just a few minutes outside of Margaret Rivers main street, however the tranquility of this home took us a world away from the hustle and bustle that life provides us. We stay in the Margaret River Region a lot and felt that the price was a little up there compared to most of the houses we have stayed in.

Had everything we needed for a warm cozy BBQ night and efficient oven for cookies and desserts. Top marks. Top floor room was a little spooky as the toilet had no cubicle (open concept) and faced a mirror - a bit scary at night

• Nathan (9/5): We had a great little family vacation (aged from 88 to 7) and this was the perfect base to for our adventures around Mar - A great little spot overlooking the Margaret River, just 10mins drive from the town. Feels like your own little piece of paradise. Nothing at all.

From the moment we arrived we - The location both to town and the River, the style of the home, full of nature, peaceful, falling asleep to the flow of the river the kangaroos. We loved absolutely everything about this stay!

• Courtney (10/5): Serenity at its best! - The property was absolutely exquisite! It certainly exceeded our expectations. The view and outlook were stunning and secluded, lovely walk track and scenery at your back door and plenty of wild life to admire. So much thought has been put in to comfort and convenience for guests such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash, bedding, linen, towels, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets, full kitchen equipped with everything you could ever need, netflix, wifi, firewood and starters/matches. Had all amenities you could ask for and more. You could literally just bring your clothes and food and you would be set. Our little family had an amazing time and was so relaxing - quality time and connection is something that is easily cultivated from this property. We were so impressed and would highly recommend, will definitely be back! Thanks guys, its a credit to the owners and property managers.

• Michael (9/5): Nice stay with visiting family - Lovely location in quiet street within a private estate. Only 5 minutes from Margaret River town. It was perfect for 6 adults, 4 of whom were visiting from interstate. A large, well equipped kitchen made it convenient for cooking in-house. 2 modest sized downstairs rooms with a shared ensuite and a large upstairs room with a private one. The only criticism was that this toilet was not private. Very good communication throughout the booking process.

• Vivi (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The layout of the house is excellent for gathering. Three queen bedrooms are a rare find and great for 3 couples. The main bedroom is stunning. We loved this house. There are three steps dividing the living space/dining from the kitchen and runs along the length of the house. There are signs to be careful .. but still there were a couple of trips/stumbles. It may need a hazard strip along it, but that would compromise the look of the house.

• Jessie (10/5): Beautiful & Relaxing Stay - We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay, I can’t fault it. The location & view were incredible. The kids loved watching the kangaroo’s, rabbits & birds from the balcony, to be honest Mum & Dad did too. The house was so clean & had everything we needed. The spa bath was a special treat, and the whole open plan upstairs capitalising on the view was fantastic. We will definitely be back in the future. If you’re a nervous driver, the driveway is very steep & when leaving the property our car slid on the loose pebbles. Going down was fine. Definitely better suited to a 4WD.
