MARISE (9/5): - A casa é linda! Bem localizada, ampla, muito bem dividida, com boa decoração e bastante funcional. Mesmo sendo em um condomínio a arborização no entorno proporcina uma sensação muito agradável, além do efeito de privacidade à casa. O esforço e boa vontade em atender o que era ajustável conferiu um valor diferenciado à todos os envolvidos com quem tivemos oportunidade de interagir. Estão de parabéns! Seria adequado uma geladeira mais potente, comparada a referência de vários outros equipamentos que costumo lidar, deixou a desejar. Senti falta de micro-ondas, que, sendo pra mim um item essencial, acabo às vezes esquecendo de verificar por ter internalizada a ideia de que trata-se de algo que não vai faltar em nenhum lugar. A clareza da informação referente a piscina é algo importante; têm-se acesso à piscina e jacuzzi do condomínio bem em frente a casa, mas, a casa não tem piscina.
