- Hunter (10/5): A peaceful, beautiful stay with thoughtful details & wonderful hosts! - We had a wonderful stay at Tarndwarncoort. Everything in the Studio was so thoughtfully considered and beautifully cared for. It was spotlessly clean and absolutely gorgeous.
The Stable Studio was super nice, fresh flowers throughout and great bedding. Every detail had clearly been thought through. Tom was a fantastic host and shared so much about the history of the homestead, his family, and the sheep on the farm, which made the stay even more special.
We checked out on Saturday and had the privilege of stopping by for a coffee and visiting the farm shop, where we bought some lovely yarn. The coffee was excellent too!
We had such a peaceful and wonderful Christmas stay and would highly recommend Tarndwarncoort. The abundance of beautiful birds and gardens around the property was another highlight. We will definitely be back for another escape from the city.

Tom was very helpful and a very gracious host.

- SA (10/5): Beautiful! - Where do I even begin? This stay was absolutely wonderful.
A kind and welcoming farm family made me feel right at home, and the accommodation was not only cute but also very clean and well-maintained, making it incredibly comfortable.
There were so many adorable sheep and the view of the vast farmland was breathtaking—one day was simply not enough to take it all in. I would love to visit again.
Everything the host recommended was spot on, and I especially want to highlight a restaurant called FUSION, which was absolutely delicious.
If you visit, I highly recommend stopping by there as well!
The host also speaks Japanese, so it’s a great option even for Japanese guests who aren’t confident in English.

- Lisa (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay, it was so relaxing - We loved our stay it was so peaceful with beautiful outlooks from every window. The studio was larger than we expected and could easily accommodate a third person comfortably if needed. We felt every detail from the furnishings to the artwork and flowers from the garden in each room were thoughtful and made it a lovely place to relax. Bathroom & kitchen had everything we needed. The studio was more like a spacious townhouse. The communication with Tom from the property was prompt & informative we couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing we loved everything

- Breanna (9/5): Wonderful farm stay for a family with good food close by and a modern cosy studio. - This is an amazing farm to stay on. Plenty of sheep for kids to watch. Beautiful grounds. Quiet. Close to great food in Birregurra. The stables studio is a good size and the bedrooms very cosy. Tom the host was very helpful with check in and responsive. It’s a small point but for this price point complimentary milk should be provided.
- Neil (9/5): Superb -
- Ping (9/5): Nice and relaxing weekend away! - The Stable where we stayed was just like how it shows on the website, clean, comfortable and tranquil. It was nice to look at the sheep from the picture window. The host, Tom, was very friendly and nice to chat with. Nothing.
- Yvonne (9/5): Enjoyable, wonderful, would stay again !!! - Beautiful setting. The place was very comfortable and beautifully fitted out, very comfortable and not lacking in anything, Host Tom is very friendly and hospitable and was there to meet and greet us. It is a wonderful place that we would happily recommend to friends and family we only stayed for one night.

- Gourdon (9/5): Warm Welcome and lovely stay. Thank you -
- Maggie (8/5): Heritage farm stay - Convenient, comfy 2 night stay just off the main road. 1940s farm cottage with original features yet modern conveniences. Bed and shower superb. Fire great. Kitchen worked and BBQ, once a gas bottle had been located. Glorious wisteria out at this time of year. A delight. Lovely touches like flowers 💐 in every room and stacks of books, some explaining heritage and history of the area. The surroundings could do with a tidy up, and the garden was unkempt in places. Outdoor seating looked unsafe. In the kitchen a couple of serving dishes would be useful.
Didn't need it ,but the info said there was a washing machine. No sign of one.
- Anonymous (10/5): Cosy, restorative relaxing two days. - My daughter and I (2 years old) stayed at Tarndie court for a friends wedding in Birregurra. I absolutely love staying at places that have a history and character - and this is a perfect example. The cottage was thoughtfully presented and lovingly cared for. cosy wool blankets and lamps throughout. lots of lovely touches - enjoyed the sustainability books and eating local maps. LOVED the sheep. Tom was a hit with my daughter who thought he came as part of the package! thanks for such a lovely stay. we will be back as I want to learn to knit!
- Barbara (9/5): Superb - No breakfast but an enjoyable coffee with the host.
Loved the fresh flowers in the cottage.
