Eduardo (6/5): Owner is cordial and helpful but the back property is not in conditions to rent, or not at least as it is marketed. It’s - The social area of the front house in the second floor is comfortable and true to the images. The back house is quite precarious. Heaters don’t get to heat properly the house. Floor had nails bumping out and space was extremely tight.
