Gonzalez (4/5): Thank you, but a lot of improvements to be made. - Great location and great views from the bed. Expensive price for what it is, no fridge, the hot water when we arrived lasted five minutes, the breakfast was pretty disappointing with single use plastic cutlery, single use plates and single use plastic cups with industrial orange juice. The hot chocolate was also served in single use cups which are covered in plastic from the inside and those release 10 to 20,000 micro plastics in your hot beverage per use. I also think all of the sheets were polyester which is bad for health but also for the environment as every washing cycle also releases micro plastics into the water.

El desayuno es delicioso y podrás disfrutarlo con la mejor vista de Guatavita. El servicio es excelente, hicieron todas las acomodaciones necesarias a mis requerimientos.

Ronald (7/5): Good - Very quiet surroundings, in the middle of nature with a great view of the guatavita lake. Cabanas are cozy and are not too far from the city. Icecold shower, although we followed receptions instructions for hot water. The reception closes in the evening, so you need to be prepared with all the food, drinks you need. No coffee, tea machine. Despite helpful instructions, it's hard to find the location. A very bad road to reach the cabanas.
