Sara, Alex y Ricardo eran los host, estaban de voluntariado y fueron muy amables todo el tiempo con nosotros y con los otros huéspedes la pasamos increíble, las instalaciones estaban impecables, el desayuno fue muy bueno. Una grata experiencia. La ubicación es un poco alejada de la vía principal, aunque el acceso es fácil y te explican cómo llegar.

Levnorkin (10/5): Exceptional - Nice forest. Property is cozy. Unrespectably cold. I reserved a trailer - but it turned out to be broken - they offered me to pay extra and stay in the room. I agreed - there are simply no other options in the area! And getting to this place is very difficult. In my house there was an unclear situation with the kitchens, I was thrown out of the kitchen, that in my house to get to the "common kitchen" to bring myself hot tea I had to walk in complete darkness across the territory. Then it turned out that the volunteers were just too lazy to turn on the light. During the day, shooting in the shooting range and fireworks are constantly heard. The most important thing is cold. Which is normal for such a height, but you need to spend the first night in the bitter cold (at night the temperature dropped to 10 degrees - my room is not warmed by the sun during the day), and then the next day ask for blankets. Why not put them in the room right away.
Diana (9/5): Nice and cosy - Beautiful, clean, comfortable, nice and kind staff. Nights in Santa Elena can get quite chilly. Just a heads up: The blankets in the rooms might not be enough. Feel free to ask for an extra set at the reception before bedtime so you don't have to disturb anyone.
Epi (8/5): Beautiful location. A place to recharge. - Casa profunda was a pleasant surprise. In all honesty we picked the location mostly because of its apparent proximity to the airport, but we inmediately felt very much at home there and were in real doubt if we wanted to leave at all at the end of our booking period. The area is lovely. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is good. Yes, would stay again! The smell in the room was a slight bit damp.

I was given another room than I booked, but I believe it was meant as an upgrade because I got mt own bathroom, but I liked the pictures from my original room, so it would have been good to be given a choice.

Dicabe (9/5): A wonderful stay. - The perfect mix of peace and quiet near the mountains and the proximity to Medellin, a big city. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful, breakfast is delicious and the house is beautifully decorated. It's definitely a great place to rest and enjoy silence and nature. It's not that I didn't like it, but bear in mind that going to Medellin will take around 45 minutes. You can take a bus that is cheap but not frequent, get on the metrocable from Arví but it closes at 17h or, last option, get a driver or a taxi but this will be a bit pricey.
