Ihr herzlicher Empfang mit Geschenken wie Olivenöl, typischem Brot und Nudeln liess uns sofort wertgeschätzt und willkommen fühlen. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Schwimmbad, das mit seiner unbeschreiblichen Aussicht und der hohen Privatsphäre keine Wünsche offen liess. Auch die Möglichkeit, zu grillieren und Spaziergänge durch die Trauben zu unternehmen, trug massgeblich zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei. Die Lage Ihres Hotels ist ideal: Nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von Florenz entfernt und ein Supermarkt in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das machte unseren Aufenthalt besonders bequem und angenehm. Auch die schnellen und sympathischen Kontaktaufnahmen mit Ihnen waren vorbildlich und zeugen von Ihrem hohen Mass an Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft. -

Christine (2/5): Do not book this property if you expect there to be AC. - The location was convenient to visit many areas of Tuscany. The property was advertised with air conditioning and when we arrived with small children, there was none. Both the property and Booking.com would not take responsibility for the error and it took an entire day out of our vacation to figure out a solution. The property brought in portable units for the bedrooms, which we had to makeshift work as they were not properly installed to fully cool the rooms. In one of the hottest seasons in Italy, I made sure when I booked that we would have AC since we have very small children. We had to strip our kids of their clothing a majority of the time to try to keep them comfortable. It was miserable unless we were off of the property. To spend as much money as we did, it was false advertisement and both booking.com and the property refused to refund any portion of our cost. We just had to deal with it. Do not book this property if you expect there to be AC.
