- Marcel (1/5): Won't book with booking.com ever again. - Nothing Arrived as planned but the facility doesn't offer accommodation anymore but booking. Com still took our money. Had nowhere to stay.

We arrived late afternoon just to be told that the place is no longer available. We are travelling with my elderly mother and could not find anything nearby because it’s school holidays. - Lisa (1/5): We didn’t get to stay so the whole experience was traumatic - We didn’t like this property - we travelled for 2 hrs only to be told they weren’t doing accommodation anymore and hadn’t done it for 12 months - booking.com took our money and refuse to give us a refund on a service that wasn’t provided We didn’t get to stay at all - the accommodation was unavailable when we arrived and we had to find emergency accommodation as we weren’t travelling back home
- Andrew (9/5): Really lovely place and was much bigger than expected and has a beautiful pool area. - This property is much bigger than expected and has a beautiful pool area.
- Al (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renee (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst accommodation I’ve ever booked. - Absolutely Nothing Small little room under house not the whole house. Two dogs staying on property, who constantly bark day and night. No privacy, sliding door to seperate top and bottom level, dog tries to enter your room.
Dead spiders in bathroom. Women who cannot speak English staying on top of room who stomps around, slams things around which you can hear from lower level.
Mowing man attends before 8am.
Not a private, relaxing stay that add suggest.
My mother broke out in hives and they take no accountability.
If I could give minus stars I would.
Do not stay here.
- Aadithyabala (4/5): Disappointing -
- Juan (9/5): Superb - Very nice garden, an beautiful place. Need more light where is the BBQ
- Nick (3/5): Disappointed - The location is ideal, and we arrived early after travelling for over 8 hours by car and the owner allowed us to occupy the premises Located under the main house and there was no key access which was concerning. It was very cold at night although the owner tried to secure a heater we ended up buying one. Beds were comfortable but there were no bed heads pillows fell off. Suppose to be a fully equipped kitchen spatulas missing, only a microwave and an old electric fry pan for cooking. Refrigerator dirty with an old litre bottle of tomato sauce remaining. No extra toilet paper ran out of toilet paper, we only had 1/2 role - owner was away so we had to buy extra toilet paper. We stayed for 5 days only had one garbage bag not replaced after we put it in the main rubbish area, No cupboard space for storing food over a long stay. No area to drain washed dishes, rat baits located under the main sink, would have been great if there was wifi, no instruction manual as to how things worked such as TV and barbeque but no idea how it worked.
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (8/5): see above - Two minor things- no heating and the TV was too small from where you were seated- otherwise everything was great / balconies front and back were great to enjoy the sun
- Daniel (9/5): A great place to stay in the Noosa Heads area - The house is very spacious and with a great varenda. The garden and pool area are also very nice. We were pleasantly surprised with the house, and we got a lot more than we expected when we booked 2 rooms for our family.
The host is friendly and available to support when needed.
- Nan (8/5): Very good - Location and setting Cold nights. Maybe a doona would be worthwhile
- Josephine (10/5): Breathtaking - Complete bliss, the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. So homely and quiet. Nothing
- Kristoffer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wonderlust (5/5): No air conditioning and bit of a muddle downstairs with space, lack of privacy during stay. - Location
- Rachel (6/5): Great pool & homely stay - Loved the amazing pool - resort style, beautiful garden. Good contact and description of access. Comfortable home. Good quality water and view. Nice and quiet even with guests down stairs (separate entrance) and close to town. We only stayed the night and found it more than adequate. When we arrived (late) the windows were closed and no fans were on so it was hotter/more humid inside than out which meant our young kids had to wait till it cooled down for them to go to bed. Pillows were almost flat (lower than kids jnr pillows at home) so needed to put clothes underneath and use the cushion in the lounge room.
Could’ve done with a second set of towels as we used the pool and didn’t have any spare to use to shower with afterwards.
Blanket was little more than a sheet which meant we got cold in the middle of the night when the temp dropped. Would be good to have light blanket as an option.
Struggled to find a hand towel/tea towel to dry hands or dishes. We didn’t need it but the dish washer was not working so would’ve thought a hand towel would’ve been accessible without going through all the cupboards in the house.
Otherwise a nice place to stay for the night.
- Rivas (8/5): Very good - Very peaceful place, nice swimming pool and BBQ area We didn't have a key and were unable to lock doors from outside. We had to take our staff with us every day.
- Mathilde (7/5): Lovely place! We were overall very satisfied and good value for money - Loved the amount of space and the pool No wifi and a bit lack of check in and out instructions
- Stephanie (8/5): Very good -
- Mo (7/5): Good - Outdoor and nice pool No air-conditioning. The property only has ceiling fans, which are not cool enough during summertime..
- Gianni (8/5): It was relaxing - Sorrounded by nature, was a bonus. No internet connection
- Kylie (5/5): Average - Pool and location Was like a low grade BnB. No pool towels. Limited cooking facilities
Average decor.
Didn’t know someone was living above.
Communication was average
- Eric (10/5): Amazing pool & spacious accommodation - The pool was amazing & the privacy was great.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - We were delighted with the accommodation. Such good value with the pool. Loved being in a quiet spot but only 10 mins away from main areas Nothing really
- Graeme (8/5): Roomy & Comfortable - Breakfast not included, location was 10 to 15 mins of main Noosa Beaches & Shops.
- Heywood-smith (10/5): Excellent and affordable accomodation in Doonan - The pool and the location One of the beds was a bit too short due to a bed head

- Smith (7/5): Nice house to stay for a night but a bit lacking on certain things for a longer stay - Lovely house in a very rural location, quiet and comfortable. No hair dryer, and no complementary tea or coffee, at least none we could find.
- Nick (8/5): Very good -
- Abramo (3/5): Poor - Not much.
- John (7/5): Good -
- Karen (8/5): A very pleasant property and well worth a longer stay with some extra preparation for winter weather. - It’s in a great spot and just a short drive to everything. The house was very comfortable, clean and spacious. A home away from home that would be perfect for a longer family stay in summer. The evening temperature was low for the Sunshine Coast (13C) and the house was cold without any obvious heating especially overnight.
A working TV would have been good, especially for a longer stay.
We came back after dark and I had trouble finding the entrance from the road without any street lights.
Our toilet paper ran out and we couldn’t find any extra. For a one night stay, we’re not used to having to bring our own and I understand that this may have been an accidental oversight.
- Lena (9/5): Superb -
- Sandra (10/5): Lovely Home in a Tropical Rainforest Just Minutes to Noosa - Lovely home in beautiful Doonan just minutes to Noosa set in a tropical rainforest. Loved it!!
- Shwetha (6/5): Could have been better - Location, the pool were excellent The description on booking.com wasn't clear that there are 2 seperate units upstairs and downstairs and we weren't too happy staying in the downstairs unit as I had seen a better kitchen and proper bedrooms in the pictures but the kids had to sleep in the living room which doesnt seperate from the single bedroom downstairs other than the glass door...The host was helpful and friendly but the kids and hubby wasnt too happy with the set-up as we had people walking upstairs all the time espcially late at night which was a bit annoying...We enjoyed the pool and the board games provided though.
- Donald (8/5): Very good - Liked the setting and location More blankets on the beds. We were cold overnight
No hairdryer
No tv
No wifi
- Loretta (9/5): A quiet and relaxing stay at Clearwater. Beautiful pool area that and looked like a hidden resort. - Clearwater is in a very peaceful quiet location.
- Mark (9/5): Felt like a tropical paradise - Fabulous setting, the most wonderful pool surrounded by palms and looking into the bush.
Large rooms, airy and clean.
Peaceful
Good location, close to Eumundi for the markets.
The photographs are a true representation That we only had one night there it was so lovely would’ve enjoyed 3or 4
Our children would’ve liked wifi but I knew there wasn’t any when we booked.
- Venturo (10/5): Absolutely wonderful and breathtaking. - we have travelled all over Australia, staying at many places. This place has been the most amazing place we stayed out. it was truly a paradise compared to everywhere else. The pool area, flowers, trees and house were just gorgeous. Also loved chatting with Victoria. A wonderful lady and and educated us on so many things in Australia. If I ever get the chance to come back I will definitely be staying here and for a much longer time. Victoria thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality ❤️ Nothing
- Stefan (7/5): Good -

- Maree (10/5): very comfortable and private. Beautiful grounds and pool. - Spacious and comfortable.
- Rupert (7/5): Good -
- Mace (7/5): Just a few tweaks could make all the difference. - The accommodation was very clean and tidy!
We were provided with a complimentary cheese & biscuits which was a nice touch. All the blinds in main bedroom/sunroom were not working and need repairing or replacing. We found one on the bed upon arrival that obviously fell down and others fell down during our stay so we had to put them back up and you could not pull them down of a night for privacy or to stop light coming in of a morning. It would have been good to have a spatula and tongs to use with electric fry pan that host generously provided or microwave container for microwave or even a drinking/water glass. We only found wine glasses and was desperate so we shared a stemless wine glass.
The inclusions in listing needs updating as there is no hairdryer or iron or ironing board, which we were expecting, as they were listed and we were disappointed as we could have brought our own. We were never greeted by the host, so we were not comfortable in asking if they could be supplied.
They have shown the best view in photographs of pool area, but the other garden area, is two large rusty water tanks which is what you mostly look at, in the living area. They should be covered up with hedge/plants or trellis.
We were not offered a key to the room, so no locking of this granny flat from the outside, whilst we were out.
There was no working internal locking system on the granny flat side for the door that the host gained access from her home. Yes it was locked from house side with a chain but that was it and it was very disconcerting for two women staying on their own, without even being introduced to host.
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Don (6/5): pleasant , quite location day 2 with the sun was beatiful on the back grass - no breakfast supplied location good heating wasn't sufficient room cold , no TV , no Tissues ,
