• MARIA (9/5): A truly authentic and relaxing stay - We had a wonderful stay at Ayios Andronikos Agrotourism House in Kalopanayiotis. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing mountain getaway. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to share insights about the village, places to visit, and the history of the area. Her warmth and hospitality made the experience even more memorable and gave us a real connection to Kalopanayiotis. We would definitely stay again! Everything was excellent!

• SAVVAS (7/5): Ήσυχο μέρος, ξεκούραστο, απλά χρειάζεται κάποια αναβάθμιση. - Καθαρό δωμάτιο, άνετο, πολύ ήσυχο και κοντά σε όλα. Πολύ Άνετο και πεντακάθαρο κρεβάτι. Η κ. Ευγενία πολύ εξυπηρετική. Δεν υπάρχουν καθόλου προιόντα υγιεινής στο μπάνιο όπως σαπούνι, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο. Δεν υπάρχει κάποιο εμφιαλωμένο νερό στο ψυγείο (υπήρχε μπουκάλα με νερό αλλά δεν ήταν σφραγισμένη). Τα έπιπλα ίσως να χρειάζονται αναβάθμιση για λόγους καθαρά αισθητικής. Τα ξύλα για το τζάκι χρεώνονται 10 ευρώ. Μας είπε η κ. Ευγενία ότι τα πρώτα ξύλα δεν χρεώνονται αλλά τα πρώτα ξύλα στα οποία αναφερόταν ήταν απλά προσάνναμα (μικρά ξυλαράκια με εφημερίδες). Άρα αν θέλεις να ανάψεις το τζάκι έστω και για 1 φορά θα πρέπει να πληρώσεις 10 για τα ξύλα. Είναι η 4η φορά που μένουμε τα τελευταία χρόνια, απλά κάποιες σημειώσεις για βελτίωση, αφού η ανταγωνιστικότητα στο χωριό αυξήθηκε τα τελευταία χρόνια. Είναι κάποιες λεπτομέρειες που δεν στοιχίζουν, αλλά κάνουν τη διαφορά.

Une grande terrasse avec des tables permet de prendre les repas à l’extérieur, en bénéficiant du soleil. La propriétaire du logement est très aimable . il y a eu des problèmes pour obtenir de l’eau chaude dans la salle de bain.

Le studio a beaucoup de charme : vieilles pierres apparentes, ameublement métal et bois choisi avec goût, balcon agréable le soir et le matin. La proximité du monastère de Saint Jean lampadistis à 10 minutes à pied. Si vous n'aimez pas les escaliers, cet hébergement vous posera problème. Il est situé deux niveaux en dessous de la rue (35 marches). Cette intéressante maison de famille élevée à flanc de vallée de génération en génération comporte 4 étages.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the room took a long time to warm up. Floor heating may be great, but not very effective for just two nights.

• Kirsty (10/5): Third visit, dog friendly, peaceful, lovely owners, clean. - The location is so peaceful and close to the centre of the village. The mother cats did attack our dogs a couple of times when we were walking up & down the steps to and from the accommodation.

• Dina (10/5): Beautiful stay - The location is just perfect, in a center of a beautiful historic village, yet very quie, the sound of the river is very comforting. There is lot to see and do in the walking distance. The terrace is very nice, you can sit outside in the sun or under the stars listening to the river. Mrs. Evgeniya is very friendly and helpful, she gave us herbs for tea and olive oil for cooking, as well as advice about the area. There are lots of cute cats by the house. Despite the apartment was clean overall, there's mold in the bathroom. It did not bother us too much, but it may get worse in the winter... The bed was creaky. Driving into the street was not easy, it's very narrow. It's better to park in the public parking, which is about 3 min away. There's no sign on the street, however, if you follow the riverside suit signs you're good.

• Nathaniel (8/5): Lovely staff, gorgeous surroundings and great value for money. - A stunning location overlooking a beautiful valley and river. Outside the apartments there are families of cats and kittens and the town is very easily accessible from the apartments. The people running the place are really lovely and helpful - and even stayed up until 4am to welcome us after a delayed flight. The bedding was a little worn down and there weren’t enough plates.
• Dea (7/5): Not bad but needs improvement. - The main apartment was nice and bright, with big windows to the shared terrace - which is great as long as the other apartment on the floor is occupied by someone else in your party - maybe not so great is there are strangers there. The kitchen section was small but functional for making breakfast or a quick lunch. We could have used a toaster, though. The sound of the stream was lovely. The bed was not only very hard but also didn't have much of a mattress pad making it pretty uncomfortable. We used the comforter as a mattress pad and slept with a thinner blanket. This will be less than ideal in wintertime. Also, the bedroom had a strong smell of smoke from the (not clean) fireplace adjacent to the bed. Also, the second apartment (we rented both on the same level) was very dark. The patio furniture could do with an upgrade.
