- Christopher (10/5): It was a really lovely stay in a cottage that had absolutely everything provided. - The breakfast was wonderful with granola and wonderful milk, crusty farmstyle bread and delicious farm made jams. We knew the location and loved it. The hosts were very friendly and greeted us on arrival. We brought 2 friends to have coffee there and they were quite OK with that. We then went out to dinner at the Grand Ridge Brewery Bistro and had a great meal. The only downside was when we got back from dinner we could not work the TV. The instruction on arrival was a bit rushed. We did not feel we could disturb the hosts that late at night. But we read and went to bed early.

- Arnold (10/5): A very nice, quiet, lovely cottage with friencdy owners, who make a tasty homemade jams and chutney. - Lovely cottage out in the countryside well away from noise and business. Easy access to town, though not much in the town, but some lovely walks in the woodland there. The cottage has a large lounge area, comfortable beds with bedroom looking out over a lovely front garden. Plenty of privacy. Washer and dryer, adequate kitchen with some muesli and good coffee maker. Milk supplies and lovely bread that the owner had baked for us. We enjoyed lovely conversations with them. We ate at a remarkable little cafe in Miraboo North that served Indian style fusion cuisine and pizza. The pizza lady has been making pizza for 20 years. The young woman who owns it is starting up and has a grand vision. The local town, Mirboo North, didn't have much to offer for healthy dinner, except the cafe we ate at.
- Dominic (10/5): Have stayed twice, and when in teh area again will stay there again... - Been there twice with my partner, and they made a nice loaf of bread on arrival. this year I requested gluten-free bread due to my change in life.. They work hard to make one, above and beyond... Thanks Doug and Julie I couldn't fault...
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Home made bread and jam drops. Also, home made jams. Large rooms, well equipped clean kitchen and very welcoming hosts.
Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - Its location is about 2km from the town centre being on a quiet road, and the treats on offer when you arrive although I’m not a tea drinker.
Plus the bread you receive from when the owners arrive home. No free to air tv shows to watch although I don’t watch much tv these days.
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Nice meet and greet Doug goes out of his way to help.
The home made Bread and jams the tops. Having to leave.

Delicious welcome cake (homemade) and complimentary pitcher with porto wine to degustate at the end of the day (highly appreciated). Doug was extremely kind and welcoming, ready to suggest itinerary, things to do and see nearby. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Nil

We liked the personal touches. The homemade bread and preserves.
The house was delightful. The electric blankets were appreciated as it was alot colder than expected. The occasional lorry sound from the road nearby.
We couldn't get online initially but owners promptly sorted out the problem.
- Shih (10/5): Somewhere like home. - Everything is perfect NA
- Gregory (10/5): A pleasure to stay with such warm, welcoming hosts in a beautiful location - Very well-appointed cottage with excellent bed, excellent shower and large, comfortable living area. Doug and Julie were very helpful, and nothing was a trouble to them.
- Julia (10/5): Wonderful hosts, home with all you need, terrific breakfast and great local recommendations - Fresh bread and home made jams were incredible. Doug and Julie were very nice and gave us awesome recommendations for activities that filled out entire weekend and we loved it all! It was all great! I geuss an extra bath mat because that type of flooring in the bathroom gets wet and stays wet easy so once your mats wet from one shower it's hard to walk in there without getting wet feet. But I'd say that about every holiday home I've ever been too... really it was all wonderful
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - We had a warm loaf of fresh bread and homemade jams and choc chip cookies on arrival.
