- MARIA (8/5): - Quello che più ho apprezzato è stato il calduccio che abbiamo trovato in apartamento. Colazione buona e abbondante. Indimenticabile la signora che le prepara: gentile e sorridente. Ottimo che ci sia il parcheggio. Non è stato molto facile trovare la struttura, ma per fortuna la comunicazione col host è stata molto semplice e inmediata.

- Pavel (7/5): - The room looked as described. It was cozy and spacious. The location is easily accessible by taxi (300-400 drams), or you can walk 15 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and our preference that we wanted porridge for breakfast was satisfied. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was excellent. The Dilijan mountains are very beautiful 😊 There wasn't much space to relax outside privately. The hammock is by the path where everyone walks. If there are people in the yard, you're going to hear them in your room if you open the windows. There was a child playing some kind of tube in the yard, it was so loud! The ventilation in the room and in the bathroom especially is not great. So you have to open the windows to get all the humidity out of the bathroom. And in the beginning of September it was chilly at nights. Don't forget warm clothes and umbrellas. Also, this part of the town is more like a village – with old roads and farm animals.

- Levani (10/5): Very pleasant experience, totally happy with the place - Oh we liked everything there: - Professional attitude by the owner. The moment we booked the place, he sent us a welcome message and detailed directions on how to reach the place. We found it on the very first attempt even though it was our first time in Dilijan and the hotel was away from the main street. - The location - Dilijan has a main street that appears quite busy during daytime. I was concerned about the place being crowded by cars and being noisy. How wrong I was. The hotel is located at a higher elevation, at a quiet street, right next to a forest. The serenity and the smell of trees made our stay truly exceptional. - The place has a very comfy parking space in the yard - we felt happy knowing our car was safe (not that parking in the street is any dangerous, but just more peace of mind). - The yard - it is a garden with a hammock and an outside sitting area. Very quiet at night. Excellent spot to wind down after a long day of travel. - The room - clean and comfortable. Very soft and pleasant-to-the-touch linen. Spacious room with a table and chairs, a teapot and basic tableware to brew some tea or have a light meal. - The bathroom - equipped with a hair dryer, gels and shampoos and towels and all other stuff you expect to see at a decent place. - Overall, a very pleasant experience for the price. And we've researched a lot. I don't think there is any other place in Dilijan that can provide the same comfort for the price. I totally recommend it! We are very happy with this place. Nothing to complain about.

Вокруг просто сногсшибательные пейзажи!!! Номер достаточно просторный, очень чистый, есть все необходимое. Имеется парковка. На территории отеля чудесный сад с беседками, качелями и мангалом. До центра города - минут 15 пешком. Супермаркеты, набережная с парком - в 7 минутах пешком. Все понравилось!

- Claire (8/5): Shady haven just out of town - Lovely shady garden with hammocks and covered seating areas. Situated in a quiet part of town, 20 mins walk from centre including uphill at the end. Nice homecooked breakfast, plenty of space and light in the room. Good shower. Everything clean. Thin walls. Could hear neighbours talking and snoring. Bed not very comfortable.

Чувствуется, что хозяева изучали гостиничное дело, все устроено очень грамотно. Сад, беседки, очень приятно в жару. И для Дилижан один из самых лучших вариантов за эту цену .

Ottima la comunicazione con lo staff. Struttura situata a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Dilijan con la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno Mancano lampade sui comodini.

- Kaja (7/5): Good - Good location, up on the hill so we needed to walk but it was far from the street so it was nice and calm. Room was fine and with minimalist decoration, bed enough comfortable. Room was really cold even during summer which for some time may be good actually. Overall impression good, very but very nice garden and place to sit -big asset. The stuff cares for quick and efficient communication (not the best English though) and they are nice. Room was fine but window was just close to the door so our room inside was very dark which was actually nice in the morning (only :)) and also I cannot imagine to stay there in winter or any colder season.

The room was spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water. I also appreciated having a kettle and some dishes in the room, which made things more comfortable. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was very pleasant and friendly — they were responsive and helpful. I’d gladly stay here again!

- Nalita (9/5): Superb - I stayed for 2 nights with family at Dill Hill by Sam. It is located little uphill, but just 10 -15 minutes walk from the old dilijan old town square. There are some local grocery stores and a restaurant a bakery just a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel has its own garden with fruit bearing trees and an amazing sit out area. The rooms were big and absolutely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The linen was absolutely clean and white. We really enjoyed our stay over here.
- George (8/5): Highly recommended - Lovely guesthouse in a beautiful part of the world. Room was very big and clean. Great shower. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Dilijan. Most of the walk is through a nice park but the end is up a pretty steep hill. Bed wasn't the comfiest.

- Luis (10/5): Totally worth it - It matches completely with the description and photos. They accept card payments. There's a swing and a hammock to relax. There isn't any car noise. Tap water is drinkable and tastes better than the ones in the city. The staff are friendly. Good value for the breakfast. Right in front, crossing the street, there are some hens, which probably provide organic eggs for the breakfast. The hot water takes time to heat, which wastes a lot of water. The location is uphill, and the roads are not in great condition.

In the yard theres swings and tables where u can enjoy dinner or smoke, tho thy r bit dirty coz theres no one when we stayed. Location is not quite near the center. It will cost 600amd to and from the center where most restaurants and shops locate.

The host was communicative and responsive and quick to solve any questions we had. He even arranged our drop off to Yerevan himself and took us to Lake Sevan on the way. If you’re visiting Dilijan and want a quiet and calm guesthouse on a beautiful location looking over Dilijan’s nature, this is the place! Spacious room, comfortable beds. We enjoyed breakfast there too. Nothing to complain! Freshly baked eggs in the morning and lots of fruit from oma’s vegetable shop just down the road. In the evening we enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the wooden cabins in the garden. Take into account that it’s quite a walk uphill to reach the house. We decided to choose some restaurants nearby, so we didn’t have to walk home long distances at night. GG taxi is the luxury solution to this ‘problem’ :)

Located about 15 minutes walk from the bus station and central town around 20-25 mins Needs some ventilation in the bathroom - very moist all the time. Towels did not dry. And some hooks just outside the rooms for hanging wet raincoats would be fabulous
